youre not bananas, dont let anyone tell you that you are!!!
Deflection...because, I mean...what else were you going to say?
That young child slaves aren't mining RE's for EV's? Or that you DGAF???
youre not bananas, dont let anyone tell you that you are!!!
If you think it's economically necessary for every American to leverage themselves to their eyeballs in debt to drive a decent vehicle you know less about economics than automobiles.well our GDP would be that of ethiopia if all americans acted like you do.....
When your political ideology is your religion any potential collateral damage is justified.
You can either be a good democrat, or you can be a good person.
You made the wrong choice.
lol, so watching a 20 year old tv is responsibility? you guys are hilarious!!! hows the rotary phone? i bet you still have a land line....dial up, AOL, thats all fine it just wont get us past etheopia. imagine the USA without cali and new york!!!!You mean responsibly? Yea...what an un-American idiot that guy is. 🙄
youre falling for propaganda again, myths, fairy tales. i am no fan of china, if thats what youre asking, i do however, love my tesla and think its the future. the stock market agrees with me as do people that actually know what they are talking about and put their money where their mouth is. not haters swinging at ghosts that do not exist.Deflection...because, I mean...what else were you going to say?

i am likely much more fiscally consevative than you are, just have more means. if i didnt i would do as you are doing, the world wouldnt work that well with people like me either. you probaly have millions in crypto, i am sure you got on that early. If you think it's economically necessary for every American to leverage themselves to their eyeballs in debt to drive a decent vehicle you know less about economics than automobiles.
I didn't, I don't fully grasp how crypto is backed and what the real value is (same with NFT's - it's a digital image of a monkey face that gets you into certain financial circles?). I'm not into gambling.i am likely much more fiscally consevative than you are, just have more means. if i didnt i would do as you are doing, the world wouldnt work that well with people like me either. you probaly have millions in crypto, i am sure you got on that early.
they are actually doing very well, money supply needs to shrink, the 2020 episode is going to leave its mark for a bit. 2021 didnt help either. need money to have value, not negative rates. we had negative rates for a long time. i have said this a million times, we need tax reform, last decent tax code this country had was reagan.I didn't, I don't fully grasp how crypto is backed and what the real value is. I'm not into gambling.
I'm pretty traditional in how I invest, but I've been saving in a retirement fund since I was 24. If we can stop the dems from destroying the economy and the stock market I should be able to pay for my kid's college and retire pretty comfortably.
But 4-6 more years of tax and spend and we're all going to be working into our 90's.
I'm sure you're thrilled we're going to spend another $800BB we don't have because some BS CBO estimate thinks tax revenue will go up. Ever notice those are right 0% of the time, yet we always use them to justify growing the gov't?
He doesn't care. As long as he's living out his politics, he doesn't care how much the planet is ruined or how many lives are destroyed. @fatman76 is exactly right.Deflection...because, I mean...what else were you going to say?

There's no way you are older than 35. Little things you say, you keep telling on yourself.i am likely much more fiscally consevative than you are, just have more means. if i didnt i would do as you are doing, the world wouldnt work that well with people like me either. you probaly have millions in crypto, i am sure you got on that early.
51 but been in "retirment" for 4 years so i play older....There's no way you are older than 35. Little things you say, you keep telling on yourself.
Sooooo easy to spot the kids that are trying to pose.
Crypto is going to be a massive red pill for the liberals. I am already seeing a lot of diehard liberals that are having a LOT of internal conflict over how Hiden and the dems are targeting crypto and trying to control it through regulation.I didn't, I don't fully grasp how crypto is backed and what the real value is (same with NFT's - it's a digital image of a monkey face that gets you into certain financial circles?). BTW, now is a GREAT time for you to educate yourself on web3 technologies. The technology is still very immature, but we will be seeing solid use cases in 2-5 years. If you verse yourself on it now, you will be ahead of the curve when adoption catches up to potential.I didn't, I don't fully grasp how crypto is backed and what the real value is (same with NFT's - it's a digital image of a monkey face that gets you into certain financial circles?). But you get to tell yourself you're a better person because you've been led to believe anyone who disagrees with you is a fascist, racist, misogynist, homo/trans/etc phobe and you really love and care for all people and want equity of outcome for all.He doesn't care. As long as he's living out his politics, he doesn't care how much the planet is ruined or how many lives are destroyed. @fatman76 is exactly right.
Being a dem requires you to become a shitty person blindly defending shitty people doing shitty things.

keep your head in the sand, tesla will be the largest company in the world in the not too distant future. i am sure the world is nuts, it cannot be you!!!Yes or no. Are there child slaves from 3rd world countries that are mining RE's that go into EV's? That's what we're discussing and it's what you desperately don't wish to discuss. You painted yourself into this corner by saying only stupid and backwards people refuse to buy EV's.
For like the 10th time, I've never said EV's were bad or "the devil." I've said that they aren't economically viable. Additionally there's some evidence that shows that they may not be saving mother earth quite like the left is claiming due to other types of pollution their production and, eventually, their destruction and their impact on landfills will cause.
Still...very cool vehicles. They're quite the novelty.
Man you’re a perfect lib.lol, so watching a 20 year old tv is responsibility? you guys are hilarious!!! hows the rotary phone? i bet you still have a land line....dial up, AOL, thats all fine it just wont get us past etheopia. imagine the USA without cali and new york!!!!
Spending responsibly is responsible you dolt.
Haven't had a land line at home for more than a decade. 15 years maybe??? It was an unnecessary expense...and therefore not responsible.
You act like it's the consumers job to mortgage themselves into poverty so that the economy can flourish. LOL, no...sma people don't do th
well you should have been more clear than. flat screens are a huge improvement, just like the EV is. you dont have to embrace it yet, i have no issue with that, just dont be a moron and ignore the obvious.Man you’re a perfect lib.
Either too dishonest or too dim to understand the point.
The point was that TV was the last time I dumped stupid money into an asset that depreciates rapidly,
I still have the TV but it’s in the 3rd floor attic for video games when my youngest has sleepovers.
My main TV is an LG CX 65” OLED, I moved my Panasonic 65” ST60 into the bedroom when I got the OLED.
I’m not cheap but I’m also not throwing money away like I did when I was young, dumb and kid less.
keep your head in the sand, tesla will be the largest company in the world in the not too distant future. i am sure the world is nuts, it cannot be you!!!
stop being so eager, of course it is. watching a 2002 flat screen is either demented or youre poor. i will go with demented becuase the poor didnt buy a flat screen in 2002 for 5+k, i know i sure as hell didnt.
All I said was "I still own". You made the assumption that meant it's still my main TV. How many people have one TV?well you should have been more clear than. flat screens are a huge improvement, just like the EV is. you dont have to embrace it yet, i have no issue with that, just dont be a moron and ignore the obvious.
As long as @Mdfgator is true to his politics, the rest is collateral damage that's acceptable to him.Interesting that you keep avoiding the question.
I will take that as you recognize the concerns yourself but you'd rather bury your head in the sand instead. Ironic, no?
So I've never been big into the tech behind TVs, but I will say this: Circa 2000 or maybe 2002 I was in a Circuit City (when did they go bankrupt?) and saw a flat panel TV that had such an amazing picture I stopped and watched it for like 10 mimutes with my mouth open. It was so crystal clear it didn't seem like you were watching a TV, it looked like 'real life' if that makes sense. I have never seen a TV since that had as good of a picture. I believe the price was a couple thosand. And flat screen tech took a massive step backwards for several years. Companies like Samsung marketed incremental improvements in LCD tech (such as QLed) and managed to get production prices to a place Plasma couldn't compete - despite being superior in every way except potential burn-in (which was pretty much solved towards the end of the plasma lifecycle). Consumers who didn't research didn't understand the benefit of each pixel being able to turn on or off.
keep your head in the sand, EV is the furture. you will see soon enough. All I said was "I still own". You made the assumption that meant it's still my main TV. How many people have one TV?
That said it'll still blow the doors off anything not OLED (or perhaps some of the extremely high end LCD's). Kuro means black in Japanese and the depth of the picture is still amazing.

There was a 2-3 year period where my ST60 and Kuro actually appreciated. Once OLED came along that all changed of course, the combination of HDR and 4K resolution obsoleted the old 1080p Plasmas...although you need to sit 4' to ~7' from a 65" screen for the physical limitations of the human eye to see the difference between 1080p and 4k...which is why 8K is a gimmick.
Point is, tech doesn't always progress in a linear fashion. Market dynamics affect progress too.
TV Size to Distance Calculator and Science
Our TV Sizes to Distance Calculator helps you choose the right size TV for your space. The optimal viewing distance is about 1.6 times the diagonal length of the television. For example, for a 55” TV, the best distance is 7 feet.www.rtings.com
keeping a 20 year old flat screen is odd, but yes he clarified ...He said he bought a TV on the cutting edge 20 years ago. He never said that he hasn't bought a TV since. He just isn't buying the absolute newest, most expensive, emerging technology anymore.
Which is reasonable btw.
I totally forgot about the time the wife and I bought something like this back in 2003. It was a 30 something inch that I can't remember paying for. The POS lasted no more than 2 years. It was one heavy MF'er and it required at least two people to carry it.stop being so eager, of course it is. watching a 2002 flat screen is either demented or youre poor. i will go with demented becuase the poor didnt buy a flat screen in 2002 for 5+k, i know i sure as hell didnt.
Money printing has ZERO to do with car values...or at least VERY little. Supply and demand still are the #1 reson BY FAR. Number #2 is not even close considerationits called money printing and 4 years of the most rabid liberal to ever hold office in any county in any universe. PUNTO>
You had better BAIL...NOW. You are getting to the point of no return. PLEASE...I have warned you. When you get hosed, and start crying, and going to multiple dealerships because you do not believe them...remember...I WARNED youyou can fight progress, its not going to wait for you. i have never driven a car anywhere near 150k miles, my car is 4 and a half years old with 41k miles, runs like a dream, there is no comparison to an ice car. NONE. if you cannot afford wone yet, thats ok, they will likely get cheaper. flat screens were not for the masses when they first came out....
In my long life...one of life's lessons that NEVER changes are..that people who have to brag about their wealth, have VERY LITTLE in reality. I am sure this is the case, right herei am likely much more fiscally consevative than you are, just have more means. if i didnt i would do as you are doing, the world wouldnt work that well with people like me either. you probaly have millions in crypto, i am sure you got on that early.
Let me be very clear...unless EV's are getting recharged by wind, or solar power(and not by coal, oil or nuclear)....they are NOT doing ANYTHING AT ALL to save mother earth. In fact, it is quite the opposite.Yes or no. Are there child slaves from 3rd world countries that are mining RE's that go into EV's? I agree...just not NOW. People buying them now are just not bright enough to understand the big picture.keep your head in the sand, EV is the furture. you will see soon enough.
LOL, of course not....jesue you people are smart!!Money printing has ZERO to do with car values...or at least VERY little. Supply and demand still are the #1 reson BY FAR. Number #2 is not even close consideration
are you short TEslas stock? you seem awfully sure, why not profit?I agree...just not NOW. People buying them now are just not bright enough to understand the big picture.
I warned you. You WILL find out if you keep that car over 60kare you short TEslas stock? you seem awfully sure, why not profit?
