Barr on Hunter and Trump.

Trump is going to win in 2024.

The Leftists & RINO’s won’t be able to cheat (as much) in 2024. I estimate they colluded to create 18M fake votes in 2016.

You could be right, I don’t know.

Remember that they only needed 5 cities for the EC, but they probably ran it up in states like CA.

But it stands to reason any recognizable name with a D in front could get 50-55MM votes.

Good to see the dems finally like Barr.

Does this mean your worst nightmare has come true, Critical Thinker?

Wow. I don't have a link, but Ted Cruz just smoked the FBI on Biden corruption and they refused to comment. Just saw this on Jessie Watters show!

I can answer. He shouldn't. But that doesn't excuse Trump. If he had just turned over all of the documents when asked, he wouldn't be facing charges.

Comprende?

For Trump, it all falls under the presidential records act just like it did for Bill Clinton sock drawer case. The president has broad powers under this act. This act can only go to civil court. period. Trump didn't destroy, tamper, move any documents. The president under the president records act had 5-12 years to negotiate giving back documents The espionage charge is a joke and doesn't apply to a civil matter which has built in procedures

This POS is trying stretch te law just like he did against Bob Macdonald tbat was struct down by scotus 8-0

Read the act.

? If they are charging Trump a former president ( who can declassify ) and falls under Presidential records act with espionage chargers ( bogus) , how the hell is Mike Pence, Joe Biden and hidebeast not already indicted ? They where never president?

Why did you leave this part of the post out? Did Barr do ANY of these things? So we’re supposed to never change a position when someone completely lies?

Then he came into town, and got to work. And he started saying things. Like:

I am concerned about obama spying on Trump, and I'm going to get to the bottom of how it happened.

I am concerned about the FISA application process, and I am going to get to the bottom of how it happened.

I am concerned about how the hillary email investigation played out, and I am going to look into it.

I don't think the Justice Department should be used as a political tool.

Barr is a partisan hack, and the worst part is he’s a liar. His interview with Bream showed he has no idea how the PRA works and he’s just ginning up negativity towards a man that fired him.

What does that have to do with Trump not returning the documents when asked?

Look, over there.......

He doesn't have to / they negotiate that just like every other president Trumps was negotiating when he was raided. Read the act

It also was never mentioned in the indictment- which tells you all you need to know.

Smith knows he’s going to have to address it and he knows he has no chance once he does. If you knew you were going to nail Trump to the wall you’d have prioritized explaining why the PRA doesn’t apply. Instead he ignored it and cited the Espionage act…which we won’t win on either.

The Grand Jury was never presented any information about the PRA. And the prosecution is hyper-biased. This is about affecting an election, not law and order.

I think I’m on the high ground here. This one is pretty simple.
Sure, you're not biased at all.

Good God man. The lengths you guy go to defend that clown.

I’m biased AF. I’m also not charging anyone with anything.

And I’m not going to any lengths at all. Pointing out basic facts takes vary little effort. One question: the issue at hand is a former president not turning over records from his time in office. Why would Jack Smith make no mention of the Presidential Records Act in his indictment? Not once did it appear.

I’m sorry, missing the football every time has to suck. You don’t have to try to kick it.

Just remember, the NEXT one is gonna REALLY get him.

You'll have to ask him. But your speculation doesn't prove anything. Just like your silly election fraud claims.

Sooner or later you'll have to face reality. Probably later for you.

A president held records “illegally” but the PRA doesn’t apply?

I don’t have to ask Smith anything. The answer is clear.
