Dershowitz is right. Trump did not commit any acts of espionage and is not accused of committing and acts of espionage, despite the name of the extremely controversial 1917 statute. Therefore, Trump's lawyers should file a motion with the judge directing that the Biden regime stop using the term to bias both the public and any potential jurors. “Proves” you mean? English isn’t that hard.
It “prove” that Barr was never in the tank (or a “hack”) for Republicans. He was an active participant in making sure election fraud was not investigated so he could come out later and say he saw no evidence.
It also “prove” you were wrong…again.

Come on man. The insults is getting old. I'm always going to have typos or issues. If it bothers you, then don't engage.
But back to the topic, it does not. One act of disagreement doesn't forgive all of the other stuff he did for Republicans.

Also that phrase of being "election interference" is a republican talking point. That's not a factual statement. So you're sending slanted stories.

Again, back to the main point. Barr was not on Trump's side. He was actively trying to supress investigations into election fraud and he gave Hunter a pass.
