They used 4 pitchers tonight and we hit their top pitcher, Parker, the best. We had our chances again, but just couldn't hit it well enough, especially against their 2 freshmen who pitched the middle innings. They have mo' better hitters than we do and that Knighton kid got the huge hit again just like she did last night. Our girls fought hard, but just came up short. #2 in the nation is nothing to be scoffed at and with only 3 seniors and a solid recruiting class coming in, the Gator program will continue to challenge for championships.
