She’s working for her district. Sure, she personally benefits from her influence, just like all politicians do. But her constituents continue to re elect her, which is what a representative democracy is all about. I don’t expect to to work to benefit my suburban district, I have a different congressman to do that.
But the point is not whether or not she is a good congesswoman. People in her district make that call. The point is whether or not that makes her ghetto trash.
