2022 Schedule

2-10 to 4-8 is likely, 6-6 if they choose to pay off the SEC officials to get minimum bowl eligible.

I have no proof to give you Nick, but you might want to consult the U.S. Government.

“Bill, I think we’re beyond that already. The Government has already stated for the record they are real. I am not telling you that. The US Government is telling you that.”

So the "government" is telling us this on the website solarchariot.medium.com?

That's funny, I thought government websites ended in .gov. And not even a www in the name. Suspicious, if you asked me.

God, Insta, you are so damn hilarious with this stuff, there is no possible way you actually believe it. This has to be some kind of long con.

I'm actually more surprised when people don't believe in aliens. 300 billion stars in our galaxy alone and trillions of galaxies... it's mathematically impossible for their not to be aliens. The only question is if they died off already or where they are or how intelligent they are. Without question, they are out there tho or have been out there.

for me, it’s not a debate as to whether other intelligent life is out there. It’s a) whether they are existing at the exact same brief period of time as us, b) whether they are close enough in the vastness of space to detect/find Earth, c) if they have the means to actually break 3 dimensional physics to travel here in a reasonable time expenditure, and d) if they really GAS to do so.....

The most reasonable way an interstellar race might find us as a species above primitive, would be from the radio wave emissions humanity has cast to the verse over the last 100 years or so.....but then the distance of space thus reached is only a very small 100 light years Radius sphere.

Odds are not good..... but this thread hijack is certainly complete

There is probably a good chance that we have microbial life in our own solar system. Advanced civilizations would have to avoid self destruction. Not a given as it is still in doubt on our own planet.

Looks like we got a little bit off thread ! LOL

To help return to topic, I predict a 7-5 record for next year.

Losses to -
Utah
Texas A&M
UGA

at least 2 of these
Kentucky
Tennessee
LSU
South Carolina

Could be worse - depends on how badly the opening loss to Utah sets us back.

Then we have UGA, A&M ==> South Carolina.

EDIT
Old coaching phrase - "Don't let the same opponent beat you twice"

Afraid the cumulative effects of these two games will give us real trouble for South Carolina even though it is @ BHG Stadium.

However, I totally agree with Irish Poker Dog on the certainty of extraterrestrial life.

I don't even have a guess for who the starters will be for the O&B game.....

If other planets in this solar system harbor microbial life, the odds are overwhelming that it will have originated on Earth rather than being of some other origin.

I have said repeatedly to Instafool that there is a infinitimatesally close to 100% chance that Earth is not the only source of life in the universe, and that the odds are the same that it has not and will not ever find us. Anybody who thinks otherwise has been watching too much Star Trek and not paying enough attention to reality.

The point about time is also excellent. There could have been life elsewhere that rose, flourished and died out before our planet even cooled. Equally there could be other life to come that is billions of years in the future.

Some of the most likely places for microbial life have next to zero chance it came from earth. I’m speaking of the ice moons with water oceans deep within (Europa, Enceladus etc) Now if it is found on mars it is very possible it could have caught a ride on a meteor blasted off earth from an asteroid impact. However, a DNA test will confirm or exclude it.

You have to look at Occam's razor. If there is life on other planets in our solar system, it will almost certainly have come from Earth, rather than spontaneously appearing elsewhere.

Perhaps life here came from mars or the mars sized planet that collided with the earth four billion years ago ( and probably created the moon).
