13? They get some back - nothing like that number I think. They do get back that big DE that is supposed to be real good at helping them stop the run. Also they have 2 true freshman starting on the O line right now but I think its a possibility one of those O line starters come back against us.
I heard someone from espn on the radio. He said the number was 15. That’s enough players missing to make a huge difference, potentially.

I think they are confusing early in the season with now. In their first couple of games LSU had a bunch suspended but most were back by the Troy game I think.
Edit: I guess 15 scholarship players technically weren't available against Troy for various reasons but many were players that weren't going to be in the rotation anyway.

Yeah maybe, but the show I was listening to on XM College went to this guy as the LSU “expert” and he was talking in specifics about the Troy game and the upcoming UF game. I’ll be honest, I haven’t paid that much attention but he implied they may get 15 back for UF. I could have misunderstood.
Yep I guess it was 15 technically. It appears they are getting about 5 players back for the UF game that actually play a lot however.
Soon we will find out if we really are better than Troy or not getting LSU at home. I think LSU will still be starting 2 true freshmen on their offensive line today.
