And then you ask what is the simplest equation, and then give two answers, which makes no sense, and one of which I pointed out to you months ago, There are many simple equations in math, but no one “simplest equation.” I challenge you to prove otherwise.

I did suggest a "pardon" to get the board back to normal ASAP. I was half kidding, since I was hoping the parties involved would sort it out. I pointed out that there would probably need to be some crow eaten or punitive action to appease the other side of the bet. He didn't like that idea, so he left. I do feel that this board is better with him, in the short time I've been here, but he made his choice ...
