How did we learn about it? Trump told the world.

But does anyone remember what Dan Scavino did the DAY BEFORE the raid?

He posted a picture of the front door of Mar-Lago.

Trump knew what was coming.

How did we learn about the Jack Smith indictment? Trump told the world.

An hour after Trump posted that, Trump's lawyers said well...we don't actually have the indictment yet.

Something is going on here. How did Trump know a DAY EARLY about Mar-Lago raid?

How did he know the Jack Smith indictment had been unsealed....when he hadn't even been served it yet?

It just doesn't add up. For 6 years, if Trump farted in an elevator, it was Breaking News within seconds. CNN would have had a panel up within 5 mins saying only a narcissistic dictator would fart in an elevator. They would be accusing him of 'gassing' people and trying to kill them.

But here....the FBI went through Trump's underwear drawer for HOURS and ZERO LEAKS.

Someone PLEASE explain to me how that happened. Will entertain any and all theories.

Maybe Trump had video of the Bedminster conversation that led to the Espionage charge...maybe Trump knew what he said and allowed the tape to be leaked. If he can prove no one saw the document that charge is dropped, Smith has to prove he shared the information successfully for that to stick.

The rest will all not pass legal precedent and PRA protections.

He was arraigned publicly, and shortly thereafter (like that night) he said they broke the seal, they shouldn't have broken the unspoken rule (about going after political opponents like this). To me that's him saying, gloves are off now...it's fair game to arrest your political enemies.

It's confusing AF right now, and I am actually researching this stuff.

I've got people telling me James Comey is actually working with Trump. That Barr is actually working with Trump. And the hell of it is, they have some compelling circumstantial evidence to back up their theories in both cases.

If someone who is actually researching this stuff every day isn't sure what's going on, I can now see why the sheep just bleat along without questioning.

Perhaps they (FBI, Democrat Division) were trying to set Trump up for an obstruction charge because as you may remember that is what they got former President Nixon on. I can't get past the fact that NO ONE in the media reported the raid UNTIL Trump did.

That either means NO ONE in the media knew about it, or that the media DID know about it, but all agreed NOT to report it.

We should create another Division of the FBI that serves the needs of the American people and have them headquartered somewhere outside of Wash. D.C. Once the new division is up and running and operating properly then we should defund taxpayer support of the FBI, Democrat Division.

The FBI obtained their enormous political power starting with J. Edgar Hoover back in the 70's but only recently have they used this power to influence the outcome of our presidential elections. Being a "kingmaker" and "above the law" is an enormous power and I don't think they (FBI) will give up this power voluntarily.
Also, it seems to me that debating with MDF, BSC, RayRay or Kalim is a fool's errand.

I agree with the problems with the FBI and DOJ…and that’s why I think @GhostOfMatchesMalone might be right about Trump finding himself in jail before the election.

Even if he doesn’t they’ve already interfered in the election with this documents indictment, low information voters see scary words like “grand jury” and “indictment” and assume guilt.
