It's not so much that no one cared. It's that very few reacted. Why didn't they react? Those reasons vary from incompetence to facilitation imo.

The only other possibility would be poorly maintained voter rolls, but that's even more concerning. This is 29X the margin of "victory".

In Karis case alone there is written law that states if the machines weren’t tested and certified after doing updates, it renders an election void. And Maricopa admits this happened.
Judges are scared of what? I mean, AZ is a pretty red state generally. How are conservatives so powerless?
There’s been almost zero action by any court since the hanging chads.
This last cycle several suits were brought and judges used standing prior (because the election hadn’t happened) and latches after.
The judicial branch is not interested in even hear a vast majority of election integrity cases.
