You accuse the US of not honoring a verbal statement make some 35 years ago to a prior Russian regime.

And yet you ignore the numerous times Putin has violated ceasefires with Ukraine and any number of other agreements over the years. He is absolutely a known liar and can't be trusted as far as you can kick him.

Have to disagree with you here, if anything, I'm understating how bad he was and for how long he was incredibly bad.

He finished in his law school class #76/85 and went to Syracuse, a very mediocre law school.

He served in public office for 50 years or more and accomplished virtually nothing (this is my lone opinion here, but it can be backed up with facts)

He's also renowned for being extremely cheap, as a US senator making well into six figures over a 10 years stretch in the 2010s, he averaged a yearly donation to charity of $369. Google it if you don't believe me.

He was corrupt AF as both VP and president. And paraphrasing Obama here, who said never leave anything to Biden. He is sure to fvck it up.

And then he became senile and was even worse.

Nothing about my assessment is untrue or over the top ...

I doubt we get hardly any money back in reality since most of the economically viable lithium etc is in that Donbass area but anything to get this war stopped so we stop spending all that money over there would be a good thing.
