I can't remember Elon having a Top Secret Clearance or serving in the U.S. Military.
And I continue to not GaS what he or anyone else believes, or doesn't believe.
But I'll give you this counter, (not the first time I've posted this in this thread):
Ben Rich was the Director of Lockheed's 'Skunk Works' and was best known for his design of the first operational stealth aircraft, which are aircraft that are undetectable by radar. According to multiple sources, “Nearly all of the programs he worked on began as top-secret project,,, that were tested at the infamous Area 51 in Nevada, focus of much UFO history.”

And having read Zachria Stichin's books, I agree with this much of what Elon said,,,

That's a pretty strange UFO (unidentified). I watched that clip several times and it just seems to materialize over the river out of nowhere???

Witness sworn testimony included eyebrow-raising claims about the existence of UAPs and alien technology on Earth.
The hearing aimed “to further pull back the curtain on secret UAP research programs conducted by the United States government, and undisclosed findings they have yielded.” The four witnesses were retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, former Department of Defense official Luis Elizondo, NASA UAP independent study team member Michael Gold and journalist Michael Shellenberger.
The four witnesses at the congressional UAP hearing provided written testimonies. Here are some of the highlights.
Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet accused “elements of the government” of engaging in a disinformation campaign designed to discredit UAP whistleblowers, “a new realization that we are not the only advanced intelligence in the universe."
“We know we see them in the water too,” Gallaudet said. “The last example that I saw was from the USS Omaha off Southern California — a well known video that Jeremy Corbell, one of the UAP media types —has gotten out there and so. And there's other examples too, classified examples I can't talk about, but confirmation that we see these things underwater.“
Luis Elizondo’s testimony was even more direct. The former DOD official claimed the U.S. and some of its adversaries are in possession of UAP technologies. Elizondo testified that the U.S. government recovered four “deceased nonhuman bodies” from the 1947 crash in Roswell, New Mexico."

@instaGATOR I had my eye up to the stars and saw one in NM. I can't say if it was ours or theirs but I saw what looked like a planetary conjunction. Two bright stars very close.. went back to flipping burgers and wondered why my stargazer app hadn't notified me about a conjunction. Went back to looking closely and for the next few minutes watched as the 'planets' closed the gap. How could that be, conjunctions don't move that fast.. kept watching and looked for navigation lights.. none. Kept looking and wondering what it was, no nav lights, planet bright, very high... and then with my eyes on.. POOF.. shot off into the depths of space.
Probably just a weather balloon lit up by the swamp gas....

With no 'reasonable' explanation for that kind of thing, you've likely seen them, but without any further proof, it was another UFO/UAP....
But keep on watching anyway, because they are out there for sure imoho....
