UF women's basketball fills assistant coaching vacancies

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - Shimmy Gray-Miller have been named assistant coaches for the University of Florida women's basketball program, Gator head coach Amanda Butler announced Wednesday.

Ferrara is a 2003 graduate of the University of Florida and returns to his alma mater where he began his coaching career as the Gator's video coordinator. Gray-Miller boasts 15 years of college coaching experience, including seven as a head coach.

The pair completes the coaching changes on the Gator staff for the 2015-16 season, which also includes the return of Gator legend Murriel Page, who enters her fourth year on the sideline.
