UF -36 vs. Mean Green

As much as I'd love to see Appy St pull off the win, I see Miami covering that.....easily. unlike UT, Canes have a passing offense.

Explain this "cat box" please!!! Just kidding :D
Oh brutha, let sadgator tell you...when mrs. sadgator was bearing the children, she conned sadgator into litter box duties with horrible tales of toxic plasmosis. sadgator is a sucker and fourteen years and two cats later, yup, sadgator dutifully goes on his nightly treasure hunt each evening before bed....

I don't think UL plays enough defense to win games like this, that's what always happens.

I have no idea what we will do this week after the last game, especially right before UT. Expect a very bland game again and trying to rest some guys before traveling to knoxville. Course UT can't afford to do that with Ohio coming in

This will NEVER happen. o_O

Still, I'd like to see Trask get the start, with FF getting the 2nd half, and no starters at any position to play. Even the #2's at punter and kicker.

Now, that would make this game very interesting to me...

Unless LDR gets hurt, or otherwise implodes, both Trask and Franks will redshirt this year.

mrs. sadgator is actually pretty visually pleasing. Think blonder Pippa Middleton mid- 40's. However, sadgator doesn't get all that excited about it, because it is like having a corvette in the garage that you can't find the keys for and can't ever drive.

Maybe you can just wax the Vette's grill and rear bumper instead of taking it for a long road trip. Sometimes a quick beer run in a nice car can be fun.

The new and improved Mrs. Gecko is 11 years younger than the original model. Her oil is still clean and her tires are barely worn. I haven't lost the keys yet.

Aw, it ain't that bad ooz. sadgator jokingly complains, but deep down sadgator is very content...he loves
'ol Pippa and the lil' sads. She is a good mom and she tolerates sadgator's gator idiocy and his vast many faults. And every once in a while, she'll give sadgator a frisky thrill to keep him happy.

Until then, thank goodness for legal internet porn and old pictures of Tiffani Amber Theissen!

I think we are turning into bama in these type games where we won't ever cover the large spreads and play vanilla as hell with big opponents coming up. I think we will actually see trask possibly in this game. The defense will stay at the tops of all defensive categories through 3 weeks, hell did you see our 2nd unit guys at LB? We got some dogs out there man, they looked really good at the end besides williamson giving up our only two touchdowns of the season all by himself. He can stay over there and take a knee with Kaep the rest of the season.

I don't think UL plays enough defense to win games like this, that's what always happens.

They ranked 18th out of 127 FBS teams last year in total defense, and 39th in scoring defense (top 1/3 of all teams).

This season Louisville has a top-25 rushing defense. They rank 10th nationally in sacks and 12th in tackles for loss. Of course it's early...but they don't seem to have a truly crap defense.

I think they'll do what everyone else thus far has done and focus on stuffing FSU's run game. Look for them to blitz a lot and hope pressure on Francois will be enough to get away with single coverage in the passing game.

.

They have played Charlotte and Syracuse. Everybody is hyping the shit out of this game because of the one man heisman reel show, but sadgator really questions how good of a total team Louisville is. sadgator expects FSU to win in a blowout.

Agree with the early numbers meaning very little..but 93/99 has concerns over O-line issues and the Noles. They have missed two starters who might return for Saturday (they practiced yesterday). Noles will be missing arguably the best, but certainly their most versatile defensive player, Derwin James.

A win of any sort will be just as welcome as the blowout Sadgator predicts. For now, any victory will look big as the Cardinals are a top 10 team. None of that matters until the CFB illuminati convene in November.

Louisville is just average at best on defense and they are being overhyped a bit. Lamar Jackson is good but he's turned into a 1 man show and to be honest he really isn't that good of a passer yet. He's very raw.

They have the guy that runs the same play every snap on defense no matter what.... he doesn't have 19 draft picks at uga to get away with it anymore

UL 70 - 14 Charlotte (is she Mary's sister?)

UL 62 - 28 @ Syracuse (4-8 in 2015)

Syracuse came in with a 33-7 win over toothpaste (Colgate). o_O
Lamar Jackson has run up big numbers, in 2 games against confetti...

You guys say this about every highly ranked team FSU plays. That way if FSU wins you can go "See, told you that Team X was overrated" and if FSU loses you can go "Wow. FSU lost to Team X? That's a bad loss." It's hilarious.

And you guys are totally innocent, Right?

Why do you care what we say? It doesn't matter what we think.

However, if you lose to Louisville, do you really not think that would be a "bad" loss?

Admittedly, they aren't half of the team FSU is talent wise. You guys should win this game comfortably. There is no way you should lose to Louisville. It's the truth.

Nah. I expect UF to blow out Tennessee, UGA, and FSU. Butch Jones is a bum and UT is always overrated, UGA just hired Muschamp 2.0, and FSU is only relevant because they benefit from playing a bunch of over hyped teams. It would be a total failure by Mac and staff if UF doesn't win all of those games by a minimum of 3 scores.

No, I wouldn't consider losing on the road against a top 10 team to be a "bad loss". Louisville is certainly capable of winning this game.

From a current ranking and situational perspective sadgator agrees with you, it wouldn't be "bad" in the sense of losing to an unranked team at home. You're correct.

However, sadgator genuinely believes that Louisville is overrated and should not give you much trouble.

If they win, sadgator will admit they are better than he thought.

From a conference perspective it would sure be "bad" though. That is more in line what sadgator was thinking.

It's just one game. Louisville could lose by 20 and go 11-1 or they could pull the upset and go 9-3. There's no way to know what will happen in the future. As for now, Louisville is appropriately ranked by any reasonable measure.
