you can use statistics, and if probabilities approach impossible, you have to look at means and methods..... statistics is used ALL the time, but perhaps a CPA doesn’t have enough math skills or statistics background to appreciate that

Anyone here with a brain knows that the population of mail in votes can't be verified to living ,breathing, registered voters given the lack of verification through the process. It's a pretty good analysis that when a voting district has more votes than registered voters, it's statistically invalid. No ifs, ands, or buts.
The “more votes than voters” has been debunked along with all the other conspiracy theories.
Edit: BTW, if there were more votes than voters, that wouldn’t be statistics, either.
