we need a vertical passing game, among other things. One shot so far on the opening play.
I hope whatever joy you're getting out of trolling this board is tempered with appropriate amounts of self loathing for having so little going in your real life that you need to pose on message boards as a Gator fan to approximate human interaction. Look in the mirror, buddy. Ugly sight, am I right.... LOSER!!! ha ha.
Scarlett is our most talented back by a mile. Hope we ditch the rotation and feed him the ball now.

You really not concerned about this oline? Keep in mind this team went 3-9 a year ago and had one of the worst defenses in the country. I don't think anyone expects us to be perfect out the gate but they lived in our backfield. Del Rio getting rid of the ball is the only reason we don't have at least 4 sacks.

Mac gave one of the reporters, who asked about the number of passes UF threw, the business in his press conference. He's a little on edge.
I hope they didn't bring up Spurrier's comments about he wished we would score more. Mac probably would really lose it then.
Great defense. Only gave up 140 or so yards on defense. We could have run the ball 70% of the time and won by the same score. Mac decided to pass a lot. For down the road.

Need a new RT in a hurry and Tabor back. I hope Massey's injury isn't severe. Stop with the stupid personal foul penalties.
I thought it was fair. It wasn't like Muschamp's bullying mid-line nonsense. The reporter asked about throwing 44 times and Mac asked, "well how many plays did we run?" and the reporter didn't know. Mac was like, shouldn't you know if you're going to ask that question, because we try to be balanced, which is fair.
I think we going to be fine.
From the river looked very good at times. He is certainly an upgrade. If he can be more consistent, he is going to be good. He also needs better O Line play to help him out.
The defensive penalties are troubling, but some of them were "hustle" penalties that can be addressed with some discipline and understanding not to take late hit chances on 3rd down. Not at all, of course, but certainly not if you are about to get the ball back.
UMASS didn't do much other than the one drive when we have them at least 2 first downs on penalties to keep it alive.
Love the new kicking game. I wish we had this kid for the past few years. We definitely would have won a handful more games.
Running game is stellar, we need better Oline play. Of course I was not thrilled with much in the first 3 quarters, but the last few drives were nice. I think Del Rio is good and will improve. His numbers from today are not bad.

We seem a little crazy on defense to me. Like we'll make some big plays but give up big plays either through busts or penalty. That and our o-line are my big concerns.
