Sidney: Trump has at least 7M more votes than what media is reporting, Hiden has 10M LESS

Curious do you know what with prejudice means in legal term?

I believe it means that they can't refile the same case.

Here's the judge's opinion. It's not complementary.

Notable excerpt:
"...this Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence. In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state."

You do understand that the prize isn’t the circuit court but the Supreme Court.

Rhetorical question, do you know what justice presides over Pennsylvania?

That would be Justice Alito
Shhh
I’m having fun watching him trying to Define the legal concept of prejudice

Do you understand what a rhetorical question is?

SCOTUS Circuit Assignments are for handling emergency filings, like stays of execution or granting extensions. It doesn't mean that he will be deciding appellate cases. The right-wing blogs that got all excited about the circuit assignments yesterday probably didn't clarify that for you.

What happens when a case gets dismissed for prejudice? What other route does a legal team have once a case is dismissed?

My “shit source” is the actual court filing.

This case was personally argued by Giuliani. Is Giuliani not a part of Trump’s legal team?

No, your shit source is a blog of the guy heading up Hiden's defense.

Damn.

Rudy carefully explained this during this week's press conference, which you missed. Because a reporter asked him about all these losses and he carefully pointed out that Trump's legal team had only filed 3 cases. Rudy added that the shit sources were adding in lawsuits that weren't filed by Trump's legal team. And Rudy explained that most of those cases SHOULD have been losses because they were filed BEFORE the election, and had no standing.

Trump's legal team had only filed 3 cases as of that PC. No losses. 1 of them they withdrew, because they got the outcome they were looking for.

Sidney said yesterday that there will be more cases filed by the end of next week.

If there's nothing to all of this,. why are you guys having to lie about the results?

A case that was filed by “Donald J. Trump For President, Inc.,” that was personally argued by Rudy Giuliani, who is the head of Trump’s legal team, was dismissed with prejudice by the judge.

And it still wasn't brought by Trump. Do you see Donald J Trump listed as a plantiff?

Damn, son.

Also. did you note the complaint is listed as the REPUBLICAN complaint, and not the Trump complaint?

You got hoodwinked.

One of these days folks are gonna wake up and go.....wait, the “reputable” media has been lying to me.

The left doesn't care. They really don't. As long as it's the lie they want to hear, they never question.

When a source we trust makes an unbelievable claim, what's the FIRST thing we do? Research the claim.

Libs don't do that. They run with it and post it everywhere, as @Uniformed_ReRe did. He's gone now, not researching the claim, but looking at lefty blogs to give him some more talking points to try to 'prove' that it's legit.

Anyone that knows anything about the law knows that a team of 5 or so lawyers aint gonna file and have heard 40 cases all across the country in a matter of a week. Good grief.

Alito has already given the Trump Team its biggest win to date, in PA.

As usual, it's you that got shit information from bad sources.

Dick Morris tells me first you file in state court where you find elected Democrat judges. Naturally suit is thrown out. You go from there.

Bingo. Then onto the Circuit Court level, where Trump has made great inroads with nominating judges that put the Constitution before political activism.

If you win there, great. If not, it gets appealed to the SC.
