There are a bunch of 2 loss teams in the SEC and the Texas vs TAMU loser will be another 2 loss team ... there will be some tie breaker formulas to see which of those teams play in the SEC Championship ... the winner gets a bye in the 12 team...but, the loser is likely then to have 3 losses and be eliminated. Therefore...it seems like it works in favor of being 3rd or 4th in the final SEC rankings and ending on two losses in terms of making the 12 team .
