Can never be underestimated how important that last Supreme Court Justice Trump got in will be.
Real question is why did four of the justices vote the other way. Clearly there’s no constitutional authority for limiting attendance in church. If you think clearly the separation of church and state would prevent that.

I think it's more of a matter of good vs evil.
Boy I could wax poetic on this one for hours. Instead I’ll be cryptic. Who knew the teaching the masses to read without also teaching them to reason would be so detrimental to religion.
5-4 decision. ACB being on the court swung the decision because we all know rbg would have voted politics over the Constitution.
And of course their reply would be, "She sided with the Constitution over politics."
