I would have labeled this as a Football story, but it’s not. Stop reading if you are looking for Gator news. If you are considering purchasing Gator tickets from StubHub,…don’t stop reading and don’t buy from StubHub.
Long story short: bought two 50 yard line tickets for Gasparilla Bowl 8 days ago for $600 total after fees. StubHub says they can’t make the “event coordinator” release the tickets. My fiance and I went to Raymond James trusting that the tickets would be available via email as StubHub website said they would be. At 3:00 we left to find a place to watch the game. The website still says the tickets will be available soon. Since I won’t write vulgarity, please insert your own and end it with “StubHub”.
7:38 pm UPDATE: StubHub still says they will let me know when the tickets are available, or they will give me my money back. “Guaranteed”, even! What more can I ask for??
As one poster said, stay away from StubHub.
