Proprietary COVID-19 and Vaccine thread

Question for you guys and gals: have you seen anyone get Covid 2x or more who has not gotten a vax? Everyone I know who has gotten it again has had a vax. Everyone else seems to have natural immunity. What has your experience been?

Most of the non Vax people I know never got COVID. I know plenty of multi Vaxers that have had it a couple times

After getting exposed to being around family members who had covid, I stopped getting tested after the 8th time. About a month later, I got covid but never bothered to get tested and just let it pass with the help of night time Theraflu.

We just had an illness roll through our house which may or may not have been Covid, but we don’t test for it. Wife and I got hit hard, kids were just the sniffles.
We had:
- aches all over (skin hurt, eyes hurt, chills)
- headache
- stuffy nose
- digestive issues (I randomly threw up for the first time in years)
- exhausted (I slept 18 hours the worst day)
- Day 3 I feel great, I could go to the gym if we didn’t have plans.

Assuming we just had a random virus, the only people I know that have had Covid multiple times were in the booster train.
My boss and his wife (2 boosters, Covid 3x)
My MIL (1 booster, Covid 2x)
VP of my dept (I think 3 boosters, I think Covid 4X)
One of my asst coaches (1 booster, Covid 2x)
My dad (2 boosters, Covid 2x) (his GF probably got Covid twice but she didn’t test the second time)

So far I’ve never met an unvaxxed person who was reinfected. I’ve also never met an unvaxxed person who got really sick, while the vaxxed and boosted got the sickest (our VP spent an overnight in the hospital the first time she got sick, which is why she kept getting boosters).

Not data, just my personal experience.

This is similar to my experience. I have never had the flu, but was sick for 2-3 days with Covid, wife was pretty sick and dealt with long covid symptoms, but never got the actual virus again since Dec. 2021 ...

The best way to beat Covid at this point is to stop testing for it IMO...

It's now just a virus we all get sometimes. You know, like the flu or something.
