Learning from your mistakes is a life long exercise.
In the 1970's, I took a free flu shot that was being pumped by the college nurse,,, and then I came down with the flu.
It was 2 weeks of misery, the 1st week I was hoping I'd go ahead and die. I crawled on my hands and knees to the bathroom twice a day, and laid in bed miserable the rest of the time.
I have never taken another flu shot,,, and I've never had the flu again.
LESSON LEARNED!
For even more reasons, I was not about to take the 'non-vaccine' poison jab being forced out by big pharm / corrupt government on the unsuspecting public. (and I did try to warn others)

I doubt that she can even feel the "needle" at this point.
I feel good. Coaching has my steps (and stress level) through the roof and I’ve lost about 10lbs.
Even without my normal workouts energy is up and I'm having no health issues. I hope we made the right choice as well.
My oldest (16) is doing Pfizer so he can go on a study abroad trip. He’s on a cocktail of drugs my doc recommended (but can’t prescribe) to include IVM, Zinc, Magnesium, Neem, Milk Thistle, and boatloads of VitC. He’s been fine after the first, but we are spacing his shots 2 months apart (which I think the CDC is considering recommending). I guess they think the myocarditis risk is much lower if you space the shots.

I had the same experience - 2 of the 3 years I got the flu shot I got sick AF. Haven’t since.
And my oldest got the flu so bad when he was 14 we nearly took him in, he was the sickest kid I’d ever seen. The flu is some serious sh!t if it hits you wrong. Sort of like some other viruses.
I should have known better. Since my military days in 2002 I haven’t had any vax or flu shot. Over that same period, the worst thing I have gotten is a minor cold.
