Proprietary COVID-19 and Vaccine thread

Let me ask you an honest question: Do you want to know the proportions of unknown, or are you going to reject any attempt to reconcile that concern?
All I want is accurate data presented accurately. If you tell me that 90% did not take a shot, I want to know that you confirmed that 90% didn't take the shot.

Just to add some more data, every single patient currently in my hospital's COVID ICU and Intermediate Care Unit (for us it's people on a significant amount of high flow oxygen but not quite needing intubation yet) is unvaccinated except for one, who's partially vaccinated (received his 1st dose on 7/27).

This is in a county that has a well above 70% vaccination rate. Meaning you'd expect a 70:30 ratio of vaccinated vs unvaccinated if the vaccine doesn't work, yet it's about a 0:100 ratio right now.

I missed the numbers. Are we talking 2 patients or a million?

So a sample size of 15 for our stats friends. Got it.

Yes, and I'm glad you brought up stats. With an expected value of 30% of the 15 patients being unvaccinated, a binomial analysis reveals that the chance of 100% of the patients being unvaccinated has a p value of 0.00000001.

In layman terms, there is a one in 10 million chance of this finding being the result of random chance.

Just got back from the doctors office. I am pissed. Drove all the way over there for RSV vaccines for my kiddos only to find out, there aren’t any vaccines for RSV. Damnit, he damn near laughed me out of the office. Anyone remember who the doctor was that said there was one? I never want advice from him again.

I love you shot cheerleaders, you really are the best.

So a poster offers his personal experience with a form of treatment, says that proves it works. Random shot cheerleader says no it does not.

Then another random shot cheerleader claims what happened to 15 covid patients, and suddenly it's as if golden manna is falling from the skies LOL

Seriously, you guys are the best!

Did he tell you that's what you get for listening to clowns on the internet when you should have listened to a real doctor who had mastered his field?

Oh, nm. I just remembered who it was….hap me gilmore. Good ole @gator1776

Still wondering his rec on whether the NIH is to be trusted or not? Shall we revisit that one?

What about “No treatments for covid”. One of my all time faves.

Hap me

Oh I am here if you want to be a part of it there are currently two phase 3 clinical trials I’m sure they can get you one if you want.

Or if you prefer we can admit you and administer the same therapy we’ve been giving to high-risk infants for 30 years now

Or you can just keep googling the same incorrect information that these things don’t exist

THE PRICE IS WRONG BIATCH

I told him it was an internet doc from mississippi. An ex thailor. He said, thats probably the only place he could find work.

According to the Wallethub study, the ten states with the worst hospital care are:

1.Mississippi
2.Arkansas
3.Louisiana
4.Oklahoma
5.Kentucky
6.Alabama
7.West Virginia
8.Georgia
9.South Carolina
Tennessee

CDC Director Walensky: There is an “Increased Risk of Severe Disease Among Those Vaccinated Early”

The Biden Administration is now working overtime to get a THIRD Covid shot into the arms of Americans.
On Wednesday, the Biden Admin unveiled a plan for vaccine boosters starting in September.
Beginning September 20, Americans who received two doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines will be eligible for a booster shot eight months after their last dose.
The idea of a booster shot is not sitting well with many people so like clockwork, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky used fear to convince people to get the third Covid shot.
Walensky on Wednesday said that people who received the Covid vaccine early on are at an increased risk for severe disease.
So all the do-gooders and rule followers who blindly lined up to get the experimental jab right away are now being told they have no protection so they MUST get the booster.
“We are seeing concerning evidence of waning vaccine effectiveness over time and against the Delta variant,” Walensky said.
Walensky continued, “Reports from our international colleagues, including Israel, suggest increased risk of SEVERE disease amongst those VACCINATED EARLY.”
Walensky said the only way out is to get the Covid booster.
Just a few months ago, Walensky said vaccinated Americans were protected and no longer need to wear masks or maintain social distance in many indoor and outdoor settings.
Now people who took the jab too early are being told they are super spreaders.
The question is, when will the 4th Covid shot be rolled out?

Yeah but she realize in terms of immunology this makes perfect sense. I was one of the first three people vaccinated in Mississippi. It was on the news, LOL. But my second shot was over seven months ago and we all know that, just like with influenza vaccines, the immunity offered by the production of antibodies to the spike proteins Wayne’s with time. Therefore those of us that were vaccinated early will need a booster relatively quickly to continue the immunity from catching Covid or getting severe Covid conferred to us by the IgG antibodies to the spike protein. Again this is basic immunology boys. There is nothing surprising in this data.

As for growing concern about a booster shot I personally can’t wait to get mine and the vast majority of doctors I work with are of the same opinion. For what it’s worth.

Hey for clarity sake the next jab, number four will probably be 4 to 6 months after the third one. You can expect them to combine the seasonal flu shot with the coronavirus shot every year going forward and then if we have summer outbreaks will probably need an additional coronavirus shot six months after the combine Influenza a Coronavirus shot. If you want to know what the future plans are there you have it

Haha. You were wrong, you have been desparately googling to find an actual vacccine. Your credibility is even further gone now (as if that were possible) Let's revisit your quote just to see how wrong you were.

"Yes, 55 years ago they developed a vaccine that didn’t work as well as they wanted it to. Since then we have developed hundreds of respiratory vaccines including a much better one against RSV which we give to high risk kids."

The context for that comment? Defending RSV Vaccines safety, and thus....these vaccines.

Note: you were talking about high risk kids.

Now. Let's see what the CDC says about RSV vaccines (the site you told us to trust the information from the other day when discussing respiratory virus.

I will quote the important part for you below the link:

"There is no vaccine yet to prevent RSV infection, but scientists are working hard to develop one. And there is a medicine that can help protect some babies at high risk for severe RSV disease. Healthcare providers usually give this medicine (called palivizumab) to premature infants and young children with certain heart and lung conditions as a series of monthly shots during RSV season. If you are concerned about your child’s risk for severe RSV infection, talk to your child’s healthcare provider."

The sad part....you are now digging up articles about a vaccine in clinical trials for the ELDERLY, which isn't even the same vaccine that YOU tried to cover up later ITT saying you were discussing....

This one: https://www.fiercebiotech.com/biote...ast-track-heels-pfizer-s-leap-frog-into-queue

So now, not only do you post misinformation, but you have done it with intent now. You know what that's called? Lying.

Now you've had enough....biatch!

Let's tag those buddies....maybe do a poll. See which ones of them are willing to stake their integrity to say there is a vaccine for RSV vaccine for kiddos. come on...tag them..

Remember when @goldmom claimed she loved that some people wouldn't get the shot? That it would thin the gene pool of the undesirables?

Karma never forgets.

Lab founder shows damage COVID jab’s spike protein inflicts on vital organs

'I kind of like my brain cells to be where they are and not be blown apart.'

Not actual clinical trial research but interesting Lab research.. Certainly would be the Justification behind doing a research project if it can be validated in an independent lab. If I can be Validated by an independent lab it would be enough for a phase 1 project. That said all the phase 3 research projects on the vaccine showed no significant harmful neurological effects outside of rare Ambrea and certainly not anything past month or two for what it’s worth..

Questions? If a person takes the antibodies test after being vaxxed will they test positive for IgG? And if so, if I take the test in 6 mo and I am IgG positive could I hold off on a booster as long as I continue to test + for IgG?

Theoretically yes and yes but I don’t do a lot of antibody testing So I don’t want to miss speak. But that would seem to be a potential viable alternative but she probably have to get tested every couple of months after six months.

Thanks, now have you heard or do you know if JnJ is working on another vector?

I have read that vectors can not be reused due one gaining immunity against the vector as well as Covid. I saw an article claiming that JnJ was very effective against Delta but that it was done on a small sample size of blood work.

Also they said JnJ boosters might not be needed. So the article made me think that the author had not done his homework as I had read that boosters are NOT available for JnJ because the vectors can not be reused.

As I recall last time I looked at it Pfizer in Madura have pretty good activity against Delta and Johnson and Johnson was less study. Lambda is the next variant we will see and they are tinkering with the Pfizer and Moderno vaccines so that they have increased efficacy against these new strains. This is similar to what we do if influenza every year they structure the vaccine against the most likely serial types that they think we’re going to see that year

Thankfully they’re write more often then they’re wrong. Best dancer I’ve got off the top of my head.
