If common people see this, why do we continue to try and hire guys that do the exact same thing????

What examples do you have of McElwain doing the exact same thing? He didn't do that thing you're talking about with Colorado State's offense. He didn't do that thing in his first year at UF when Grier was QBing the team.

I agree. I never witnessed any of the first 6 games where Mc had the offense line up and run power down the throats of the opponent. Not even the ECU game. Especially with our makeshift OLine and the only experienced RB was undersized for that type.
