Actually i was referencing where my parents cabin is in Murphy NC. 10 minutes from Blue Ridge, Georgia or Copper Hill, Tn (maybe a tad longer to cooper hill but you get the gist).
Agree it was a win for the Constitution.
The Founders intended us to be self-governing. The Bill of Rights was intended to identify those areas where Congress had no authority. Funny thing .. the founders were wary of a "Bill of Rights" because they were concerned people would take them to be the LIMITS of the people's rights.
People don't appreciate that, every time the Supremes claimed "Such & so was a constitutional right," they were taking the people's right to be heard on "issue so & so" away, that they alone were claiming the right to make decisions for a nation of 330 million+ people.
