What ever happened to the star expert witness on election fraud?

Wonder if that chick even bothered to vote this time around…

But then again...you cannot let someone piss on your head, and try to tell you it is raining....I KNOW they stole the election. Proof enough is FJB getting 81 million votes. There is NO WAY...NO HOW

I don't disagree. But now we have to prove it in court. Without that it's meaningless. It's pissing in the wind.

To @jfegaly 's point, maybe the thing "we" can do, to get off the porch, is to fund those efforts. I'd be more than willing to do so if I can be guaranteed that is what the money will be used for.

That will change down to about +4 as CA comes fully in but it is crazy Reps only gained a few seats when + 4 usually means 25+ seats.

And I also agree with you...and we know that will NEVER happen

So if we believe the only thing we can do is prove it in a court of law, then we all need to hush and get back on the porch.

I think some of us tell ourselves that's all we can do cause we don't want to join a fight that doesn't look winnable.

America is worth fighting for. Even if it means you have to fight corrupt judges that refuse to hear evidence of election fraud in open court.

Same thing happened in 2020, people took evidence to the courts, activist judges refused to allow it to be heard.

We cannot allow the corrupt to decide whether or not we hold them accountable for their corruption. That path is madness.

I share your frustration. That said, there’s been a lot of talk in this thread and others on this board about “porch sitting”.

Given that the Constitution empowers the states to set their own election laws and procedures, what can I, as a resident of Indiana, do about election irregularities both real and perceived, in Arizona, Pennsylvania, etc.? I won’t deny that the elections in those states are shit shows, and I don’t like it, but what can you and I do about it?

Should I contact my congressman and senators to tell them to these other states that they need to change their election laws and procedures? Should we amend the Constitution to federalize the election process and force states to have standardized procedures? I love the way Florida conducts their vote count, and Indiana is fairly efficient as well. I believe a fast, efficient, and transparent vote count goes a long way to ensuring confidence in the fairness of the outcome. But again, how can we who live in other states effect change in AZ, PA, etc.? With all due respect I don’t see how us bitching on a message board will bring about the needed change.
We absolutely must demand that our representatives create a division of the FBI and/or Justice Department that represents the American people who are paying their salary. The current FBI/Justice is serving only the Democrat Party and I for one am sick of it. We should let our Representatives know that they have the power of the purse and we the American people expect the FBI serving the Democrat Party to be ended.

Restricting voting access isn’t a hallmark of a healthy democracy. Stop making candidates like Marjorie Taylor green the face of your party and independents will vote for republicans again.
They are.

R’s swung all sorts of new voters their way, got 6MM more than the dems overall.

Washington D.C. is 95% owned and operated by the Democrat Party. Therefore, the headquarters of the division of the FBI that serves the American people must be located somewhere other than the swamp, Washington D.C.

@Uniformed_ReRe @grandhavendiddy what's the latest? Hell by now she should be halfway through her sentence, right?

Why would she be in jail? It's not a crime to lie to the public.

Like Trump's other attorneys, they made serious allegations of fraud in public. But when under oath, they carefully watered down fraud claims and avoided making any direct statements, instead submitting vague and hearsay ridden affidavits from gullible people who they knew would never be taken seriously.

This is how Trump's team created the public appearance that their fraud claims had substance without risking being charged with perjury. This strategy would give Trump time and leverage to pressure legislators and state officials into overturning his election loss.

As far as I know, that's not a crime -- at least legally. But it should be.

how does it feel knowing you voted for a dementia riddled pedophile because tweets upset you?

? Meaning? The fraud is so bad, I'm not sure what your comments mean?
Just laughing at how every single drop looks surprisingly good for Hobbs.

Maybe I am being naive, but I really don't think they can meaningfully cheat in this race, too many eyeballs. I think Hobbs and the recorder are simply picking all the best Hobbs drops and refusing to release the drops that favor Kari and the pubs.

This is like the 3rd day in a row we've heard 'all the drops from now on will break for Republicans'.

This crap with Lake isn't even funny anymore. Even if they have surgically been producing the most favorable Hobbs ballots on purpose they have reached a number now in Maricopa where the next batch has to be a real nice Lake number with what is remaining for her to win probably.
