Hey Nuss that was a safety making a tackle on the line of scrimmage. That should not happen in college football at this level. No one respects your offense.

Why does he never run when there are yards in front of him? Commit and pick up yards already. And we need to not get cute and run the damn ball.

It's our second game in a month and the second game for Del Rio in more than that.

I know when the frustration of being up 14-10 is glowing, you guys hate "excuses," but I do like to think you are also reasonable.

Does that mean I love some of the play calling? No.

Watch the ball. I am sure your 7 year old coach taught you that. No discipline. Selfishness.

How the hell did they let a guy get so wide open again? This secondary pisses me off so much.

LDR's problems aren't those of rust, they're mostly his glaring physical limitations compounded with dumb decisions. Most everybody else is playing well. Oline has been decent in the run game and they've given him a clean pocket all night. Poor decisions and playcalling has been the issue.

LDR legit had about 6 secs there and basically sacked himself. Let it go already.

He just isn't very good. 8 TD's in 5 games with 6 INT's. And if defenders could catch he'd have near 15 INT's by now.

Everyone knew he was limited but he was supposed to be able to offset that by knowing the offense inside and out and making good decisions. And he's terrible reading the field. May as well put in someone more talented and live with their mistakes too.
Losing Grier may prove to be Mac's undoing. Grier may have had some problems but that kid is a difference maker...he can win a lot of games. LDR is average at best.

This pass rush is pathetic on the ends is pathetic. Eason has all day. I don't know why UGA even waste time running. Just gun it the rest of the game.

I agree with the physical limitations.

I agree with the play calling.

I disagree about the rust.

LDR has played one game since September 17th. And then immediatly had another BYE week. Do you simply not believe in "rust" or just not in this situation?

I don't disagree fully. I just think rust would show up more in things like delay of game, being off on cadence, timing being off on short routes, etc. But that stuff isn't really happening. It's just really, really dumb decisions like that intentional grounding he took where he legit had like 6-8 seconds or trying to go deep on 3rd and 2 on a rollout play. If you go back to our very first game he's been doing stuff like that the entire time. Mizzou I would have expected rusty mistakes, but this is becoming a pattern.

Then we need to get one in ASAP. I mean its not like throwing a first time starter out there against Michigan next year is going to get year three off on the right foot.

So burn this season in the hopes that Franks looks a lot better than he did in the Spring Game?

Going to be a bit tough trying to get Jake Allen in the lineup today. He is still in HS

Agreed.

Completely agree. I got crushed for expressing the same opinion earlier this year. UF should NEVER have subpar edge rushing and I'm glad it's been noted by someone who actually played the damn game!

Plus Danny is we use the rust rationale then that should be true for the rest of the offense too. But our players on offense have really started to come on these last two games. Oline has been great, we found two backs, Cleveland is stepping up, etc. The two glaring weaknesses have been the QB and the OC at different times.

Losing confidence in Del Rio's decision-making. O-line is not very good, but it's played decent so far today IMO. Play calling, as usual, is suspect. No pressure on Eason unless we blitz and the secondary has been spying the backfield too much and letting receivers get behind them. Duke Dawson hits hard, but not very good in coverage. Eason is going to be a big time QB. We have a kid, Allen, coming in next year from South Florida who has been committed since 9th grade it seems like. Supposed to be big time. Who knows?
