This could end up being a very interesting development. I do find it curious how people keep claiming Durham is done, then this comes out.

Durham is zeroing in on a Sept. 19, 2016, conversation between the lawyer, Michael Sussmann, and an FBI employee, a source said. The statute of limitations expires this weekend and questions remain on whether he will have funding to continue his investigation past the end of the government's fiscal year on Sept. 30.
Durham has yet to submit an official report to the Justice Department, but portions are expected to include unfavorable information about the FBI, two sources told Fox News. Durham has cast his net wide and is apparently looking at individuals outside of government, they said."
I wasn't aware of the Sept 30th date, that doesn't sound good.
I was in the grocery store last week and saw Durham on a milk carton. I thought the media had written him out of the script?

One of Barr's last acts as AG was to make Durham a Special Counsel, which apparently protects him from being fired by Hiden.

I still doubt the DOJ does anymore than a few token charges with sweet deals later like that first lawyer. The AG will overrule Durham on charging people (going to a grand jury for charges) if they think this would get big time traction. Dems weaponize their positions unlike most Reps.
Then why didn't they do that with the Sussman indictment?
Again, he's a former Clinton lawyer AND has strong ties to Fushion GPS and Crowdstrike.
If they were going to stop Durham, this is the point at which they would have done something. There's a reason why people are saying he's clearing a path to hildabeast.
Because they know that would only ring a bell with Reps. Highly doubt any of the real top crooks like the upper ranks of the FBI that allowed this after they knew it was all false or any of them get charged. Comey and company knew this was false when he did his clown show in front of Congress hoping to get Trump thrown out. Comey's # 2 would spill all the beans if they charged him (Was publicly signaling that a few times already) so I highly doubt the AG would allow that to happen.
Sussman's indictment is very encouraging to me. Not just because of his ties to hildabeast, but also his strong ties to Perkins Coie and Fushion GPS.
Looks like the Durham investigation is at least bearing some practical fruit, even if no criminal charges are formally filed, trials conducted, etc.

This feels like an indictment that would have been stopped if someone could. I can't see hilabeast letting Durham get this close if she had any say.

In the last 2 weeks, Durham has indicted one of her lawyers, now he's subpoenaing documents from the law firm that employed him, that represented hildabeast's campaign AND the DNC.
Say what you will about this investigation, but this alone proves Durham is NOT answering to the Deep State.
