Florida offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier is ready to face his old team Michigan in Friday's Citrus Bowl with an offense still hampered by youth.
I am on the record as saying Florida has greatly exceeded expectations by winning 10 games and the SEC East. I am also on record as saying that with Florida playing with house money, they need to go for broke offensively.
After the last loss, CJM said he wished Harris would have went down field more. This week he said he wants Harris to let it go. However, from the sound of it today, that It isn't play calling, quarterbacking or scheme, that is hindering the offense, it is youth.
So, since Florida hasn't gotten appreciably older since their last game earlier this month, I guess we can expect more of the same in the Citrus Bowl on that side of the ball.
