The CNN crew was jumped near the Wendy’s by violent rioters.
It looks like one rioter used a skateboard to beat the CNN camera crew.
I'm sure it was a cheap skateboard purchased or looted from Walmart. I can't imagine anyone being dumb enough to ruin a quality skateboard to whack a CNN employee up his head.

We know the skateboarders are at the front of these anti-police demonstrations as evidenced by last week's attack on Miami police. I wouldn't take a skateboard to a gunfight.
