He was subpoenaed and testified before the J6 committee. We shall see what he was asked or what he said when under oath.
If his testimony is favorable to Trump (most likely) this Clown Committee will never let his testimony see the light of day.

You don't understand....he read a lefty blog that told him that Miller said Trump lied and Kash lied and the Secret Service guys that said Hutchinson was lying then the J6 committee told them to testify and they lawyered up and refused.
What’s really dumb is Miller testified under oath that Trump authorized the support (to a duly formed congressional committee) and testified under oath (to the J6 show trial) that Trump did not order troops in…the answers are right in front of everyone.

The POTUS can, for example, deploy troops anywhere he wants for up to 48 hours without notifying Congress, and keep them deployed for 60 days without Congressional approval, with a 30 day window after that for withdrawal. However, deploying troops within the country is a violation of posse comitatus, and the National Guard and Air National Guard, while Federal troops, fall under the purview of State Governors.
