Knew Clemson would roll Oklahoma. They won't roll 'Bama. Gonna be a good game.

I agree but Clemson has the type of offense that always gives Bama trouble...and offense with a QB that can throw and run in the spread...not saying that type of offense always wins but look at the teams that have beat Bama...duel threat QB;'s that can throw and run give Bama problems when they execute.

If Clemson's offense scores 30+ points then they win...if not then I'm not sure that they can hold Bama's running attack.

Saw that too. Definitely not good. Shaq Lawson and McKenzie Alexander are All Americans and Clemson cannot afford to be without them. Still, if both play, neither is 100%.

Hate to be a fan of either of these teams, crazy azz game! Not sure who to root for to be honest. My middle son loves Clemson, I'm tired of Bama, but they are SEC. UGH. Fun times!

No. McCaron was a very good college QB. He was one of the most efficient and accurate QB's the three years he started. His TD/INT ratio was almost 3:1. McElroy was 'meh' but if Texas doesn't lose their QB in that game Bama would have lost exactly because their offense couldn't get out of its own way.

You didn't but you said QB's just like Coker. Coker is a bad QB. He's sacked himself a good 5 times tonight and has awful accuracy. His two TD's were prayers that were answered due to busted coverages. McCarron and McElroy weren't bad QB's. McElroy was average to good and McCarron was a very good college QB.

He's bad. Bama's game plan babies him, he's not asked to make any tough throws. The play to the TE just now is a perfect example. He's asked to make a predetermined throw to the flat and the guy breaks multiple tackles and runs for 60 and his stats get inflated. He literally didn't have to look anywhere else. They brung the guy across the field and asked him to make a handoff. It's comically simplistic. You only manage a QB that way if you don't want the game in his hands.

Meh. About 200 of his yards came on 3 completions. The two busted coverages and then the catch and run by the Howard which was just a great individual play. None of those really had anything to do with him. His stats will look good though.

I agree Paco, Coker had a really good game. I don't think Kiffen gets enough credit for the job he's done with Coker and this offense.

Coker is not very good at all, yet he has a damn ring! SO JEALOUS

Now Watson is a good QB. Oline with freshmen, throwing to a receiving core with freshmen and walkons, asked to be the leading rusher, and still producing. If he had Bama's talent around him he'd be unstoppable. He is Clemson's offense tonight.
