I was really into NASCAR as a kid back in the 1970s early 1980s, lost interest, briefly rekindled a slight interest back in the late 2000s, but I went back to not really caring even before the Bubba Wallace noose debacle.

As others have stated, this is pure pandering on NASCAR’s part. I have better things to do on Saturday evenings / Sunday afternoons so I won’t be watching it.

Even with that said, many people have natural attractions to certain people, places or things who do not act upon them. Acting on that is still a choice...but that isn't what we actually talking about. The attraction to same sex people is "natural" for many...but not all imo.

As for "curing," if that is something that the individual is interested in doing, I certainly think they are capable. If they don't actually want to be "cured" then obviously they won't be.

I've never really understood the NASCAR appeal. I do enjoy the last 20 or so laps if it's a good race I suppose but I don't really know the drivers.

Like any sport, if you get into the "players," it would be more interesting.
