The iG's been advocating for more carries for him since early in the season, going by the ypc produced.
Glad to see that it's finally paying off for the team....
That said, Montrell has done a great job, especially as the leader/helper in the RB room, and Jadan made sure to credit him with that aspect.

Yes and I still can't forget the time the UK basketball team took a knee at our place during the National Anthem. Talk about NO class. Of course that was instigated by John Calipari and he is gone. I doubt Mark Pope would allow that from his players.
I know I should discuss this on a basketball thread, but I don't GAF. Mark Pope might be a great hire or not, but watching Kentucky fans having a meltdown over not getting coaches on their wish list never gets old, like Billy Donovan and Brad Stevens. They've been crying for Brad Stevens ever since he was coaching at Butler, and that was 12 years ago.
They are going to have to get used to the middle of the pack in SEC basketball as it seems we have in football.
Sorry, I refuse to 'get used to it' as a fan. Change it or lose it goes for every program....
This new era of NIL will change basketball as well. I’m afraid the golden age of college sports may be over.
UK can no longer buy all the basketball players just like Bammer can no longer buy all the football players. NIL may not be levelling the playing field, but it is certainly changing it.
