An attorney for Cyber Ninjas wrote to the AZ Senate on the same day, telling lawmakers that the company still doesn't believe the Arizona Public Records Law applies to its documents. The letter also said the company has turned over everything from the audit except for images of the ballots and photographs of voting equipment that could create security problems if shared. (more likely create arrest warrants imo)

Cyber Ninjas lost an appeal in court this week in its fight against turning over more records
from its work on the Maricopa County election review, and now the Florida-based company is saying it has no more records to share and also isn't subject to the law.

The Arizona Republic sued the state Senate and Cyber Ninjas, the company the Senate contracted with to review the 2020 election, seeking records such as emails and text messages associated with the audit.
Maricopa County Superior Court Judge John Hannah determined that records Cyber Ninjas possesses are indeed public records subject to public review under state law, and the Arizona Court of Appeals concurred.

In a Tuesday decision, the Court of Appeals rejected Cyber Ninjas' argument that it could not be sued for public records, which the Senate requested from the company after losing another legal challenge for the documents.
"Cyber Ninjas would not be a necessary party if it had turned over the public records requested by the Senate — it is a necessary party by its own actions," the three-judge panel at the Court of Appeals wrote.
The judges also awarded The Republic attorneys' fees in the case.

~ The audit of 2020 elections in Arizona found 49,000 votes raised questions of authenticity and legitimacy of election outcomes.

~ According to the audit report, more than 23,000 votes came from people who no longer lived at the address where their mail-in ballot was sent.

Republican Arizona state senators shared the findings of the Maricopa County presidential election audit during a hearing Thursday. Following the 2020 presidential election, amid then-President Donald Trump’s claims the election was “stolen” due to “voter fraud,” the state senators decided to conduct the audit in order to validate the integrity of the county’s election results.

Additionally, speaking to Western Journal Editor-in-Chief George Upper, Republican Arizona Senate President Karen Fann said of the 74,000-ballot issue: “Two and two is not adding up to four. We’re not saying that there is any intentional fraud … what they’re saying is that the numbers are not adding up. Now, is that because there is information that Maricopa County is withholding from us so that we cannot figure out exactly where these ballots are supposed to come from? Or is there a logical explanation? Or are they purposefully withholding information because they don’t want us to know what the real answer is? … It’s apparent that they do not want this audit to continue and they are not cooperating in any way whatsoever.”

Election Fraud is not a new thing in Georgia, it's got a long and UGly history.

But yes, insta truly is nuts, as well as anyone still peddling election fraud hoaxes.

New evidence compiled by election integrity organization VoterGA reveal that "massive errors and provable fraud" occurred in Georgia during the November 2020 Elections.

VoterGA released a statement on Monday entitled "New Evidence Reveals GA Audit Fraud and Massive Errors" where the organization revealed they have compiled "stunning claims" that show "Fulton County's hand-count audit of the November 3rd 2020 election was riddled with massive errors and provable fraud."

"The team's analysis revealed that 923 of 1539 mail-in ballot batch files contained votes incorrectly reported in Fulton's official November 3rd 2020 results. These inaccuracies are due to discrepancies in votes for Donald Trump, Joe Biden and total votes cast compared to their reported audit totals for respective batches. Thus, the error reporting rate in Fulton's hand count audit is a whopping 60%," VoterGA said.

This kind of thing has happened repeatedly in Pennsylvania and also in Michigan. In Michigan, hundreds of affidavits have been collected with Republican poll workers saying things like this:

• There were “many indications of duplicate ballots on the computer screen.” When the poll worker questioned this she was told “they have their own process and don’t interrupt it.” “Each time I would try to move closer to the computer to read better I was shooed and even physically pushed by a poll worker once.”

• “There were several instances in which the poll workers used their bodies to prevent me from watching and observing the ballot counting process.”

• “I was escorted from the room by police after about 9 or 10 hours of peacefully doing my job for simply standing my ground at a table with people who were denying me access to see ballots and threatening me.”

These are a mere three of hundreds of similar
sworn statements in which one poll worker after another describes being physically blocked from trying to do the job they were there to do.

Last month, Attorney General Josh Kaul, who represents the Wisconsin Elections Commission in his official capacity, raised legal concerns with the investigation. He said the administrator of the elections commission wouldn’t provide testimony behind closed doors. Shortly after, Kaul asked a court to block Gableman’s subpoenas.

Gableman decried those actions as a major impediment to his efforts.

“I am finding I am running up against very powerful forces to obstruct,” Gableman said.

Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway, in response to the GOP-issued subpoena, said in a statement that the Audit Bureau is welcome to examine copies of election documents, but reiterated that the city stands by its position that federal and state laws require clerks to maintain control over election records.

“It’s unfortunate and concerning that a few people running elections think they are more important than the electorate,"
said Senate President Chris Kapenga, who signed the subpoena. He later added, "We are not playing games, and there will be consequences if they don’t comply.”

So naw, there's no such thing as election fraud,,, except when the traitorous Rats lose an elections anyway... (like in 2016 when the Hilldabeast got her ass waxed, but never had an iota of any kind of proof of their claimed fraud)

In the NBA, the listed position don't mean much.
Magic could play all 5, while most of the others I listed could play 3 positions well, and the other 2 at need.
They are PLAYERS, not restricted to a single position.

That’s a majority (56%) of the country and 47% of AA’s.

You are surrounded. Stay strong.
Nope, the majority don't believe the election was stolen. That's just you Trumper nut cases.

Find better sources.

Besides, belief doesn't equal proof. Trump has you people brainwashed.

It was a Rasmussen poll.
Dems always say the same two things; No one believes there was election fraud in 2020. And no one wants to look into it.

Both are lies. Cheaters never want investigations into their cheating.

If the dems didn't cheat, then this is the perfect opportunity to completely audit ALL states. Prove the election was clean, and you completely destroy anything and everything Trump has ever claimed.

Yet...the dems resist ensuring election integrity every time it is suggested. Violently.

That tells you all you need to know.

I don't believe you.

Not usually my MO to just make up shit.

LOL. This is why you guys are so gullible. I noticed you linked Newsmax story, not Rasmussen. There WAS a link in that story to Rasmussen, which said nothing to confirm what was in the story.

So, try again. Maybe you can link the actual Rasmussen survey this time.

It cited a Rasmussen poll. You think Newsmax just made up those numbers?

You do the same thing every time someone proves you wrong, just be humble for once and admit you’re wrong.

Well, it is is NewsMax, who isn’t exactly a reputable news organization. Otherwise they would have actually linked the poll, rather than some unrelated poll on Mail in voting.

Go ahead, follow the link in the article and tell me if it supports the headline in their story. .

It does. If you’d read they are trying to figure out how many people think fraud was somewhat or very likely and how increased usage of mail in voting affects that sentiment.

Again, you’re surrounded by crazy people who think the election was fraudulent. Be really careful.

Well, I sure can’t find what the headline says.

Here’s the thing. Of course there is some fraud in every presidential election. Mail in voting certainly makes it easier, if people are willing to risk jail time for committing a crime. But enough to have impacted Biden’s blow out victory over Trump ? Naw. Not even close. I don’t care how many people believe that WITHOUT EVIDENCE. That would just show how naive people are, and how easily swayed by Trump and news organizations like NewsMax.

Now if after all the audits that have been done, had they actually found a substantial amount of fraud, I’d be the first to acknowledge it. But they haven’t. So people like you and the others that still believe Trump’s baseless lie are just sore losers IMO.

BS-C911 = 💩

Much of the following evidence is dismissed by the Democrats and their media allies — if they even address any of it at all — as just a “conspiracy theory,” (a CIA invented distraction away from truth) which is, of course, not an argument but rather another BS Rat talking point.

Facts that the Rats and their sheep supporters don't want to even address:

It is the first time in American history that an incumbent president gained votes (15 million more votes than Obama got in 2012!) and lost — if he did.

President Barack Obama actually received three and a half million fewer votes in 2012 than in 2008, yet won reelection. Biden won only 524 counties across the country, as opposed to the 873 counties Obama won in 2008, yet supposedly Biden got more votes than Obama.

Significantly, in Ohio, a state that recently instituted strong election fraud measures, Trump won by 8 percentage points! In contrast, in other midwestern states such as Michigan and Wisconsin that lacked these anti-fraud safeguards, Trump lost.

Moreover, Patrick Basham, the founding director of the pollster group Democracy Institute, added to the ever-growing list of election abnormalities and statistical improbabilities. He said that the election went flat-out against “non-polling metrics” that have a perfect record of predicting the outcome of an election, until now. Those metrics include party registrations trends; the candidates’ respective primary votes; candidate enthusiasm; social-media followings; broadcast and digital media ratings; online searches; the number of (especially small) donors; and the number of individuals betting on each candidate.

For the rest of the story....

Don’t Believe the Lie that There Was No Election Fraud. There was fraud in the mail-in ballots and in the Dominion voting machines and software.
Details are here: https://www.unz.com/article/the-dominion-of-election-fraud/ The “Dominion” of Election Fraud? …Exposing the Dominion Voting Machines. BRETT REDMAYNE-TITLEY

In preparation for a multi-state legal challenge to results created by these voting machines, lead Trump attorney and former Assistant US Attorney Sidney Powell, said:

“They need to investigate the likelihood that 3% of the vote total was changed in the pre-election voting ballots that were collected digitally by using the Hammer program and the software program called Scorecard. That would have amounted to a massive change in the vote.”
Here, begins that examination. As shown, there is reason for concern.

Skeptical of Voter Fraud in 2020? Here’s Your Evidence.

Yes! Heritage records 1,298 proven instances of voter fraud.
20 state elections have been overturned due to fraud.

Abraham Lincoln faced the most elaborate election fraud scheme in America’s history with mail-in ballots (so this is not new for the Rats).
In 1994 the Democrats enforced a “massive scheme” to steal the PA’s Senate election.

==========

And when the 2020 Election Fraud is proven, what happens then?

The Constitution was not written as a guide or a rule book for the Sovereign Citizens to follow.
The Constitution was written to prohibit the Federal Government from overstepping it's bounds.
If the Constitution does not give a specific power to the Feds, then that power remains with the States and their Sovereign Citizens.

What happens to the Beijing Biden and his Border Ho is up to the Sovereign Citizens.
Off with their heads would be the right thing to do, along with all who supported the fraud.

However, I'd be satisfied with just throwing them out of the WH and negating everything done by the criminal frauds. The other main frauds would include the puppet masters, Pelosi and Shumer.
The Marxist billionaire traitor George Soros should be shot on sight imo.
