That agreement would be the basis of the government that we the SOVEREIGN citizens set forth to rule and control the federal government (our public SERVANTS, not us) that we all agreed to when we set forth the Constitution.
Without the Constitution, there is no federal government and everything falls back to the states AND the SOVEREIGN CITIZENS....

BTW, the 'Drawn & Quartered' penalty was the Kings way of dealing with treason.
Any peasant found with a sword was automatically guilty of committing treason.
Courts are not needed when sovereign tyrants/Kings hold all the power.
Simple Drawn & Quartered for a peasant found with a sword was by tying a rope to each ankle/wrist with the leads going to 4 horses which then took off in 4 different directions. Other forms of treason to the sovereign King could be more in-depth and torturous .
I WILL NOT return to that tyrannical condition, and I very much doubt that any mindful majority of sovereign citizen Americans will do so either.

I am sure there are some collector types who love guns but most of us are just ordinary folks who want to defend our property, ourselves and in some cases put food on the table. I haven't shot my weapons in over a decade.
I have shot pistols, shotguns, rifles and black powder at Scout camp. Its quite fun.

It's worse than not informing. The jurors oath makes them renounce the right. They are instructed to judge the facts only.

Some television commentators describe the acquittal of O.J. Simpson in terms of jury nullification, when a jury departs from the judge's instructions on the law and acquits a defendant it believes may have been technically proven guilty. Under the nullification approach, a jury may refuse to enter a verdict. Nullification efforts are aimed at building a constituency that will disregard the importance of following the law and a judge's instructions and administer justice based on personal feelings.
Because jury nullification is an organized effort, judges must be vigilant during voir dire to ascertain such influences. The FIJA supports the de facto power of juries to refuse to convict, even when the government proves its case beyond a reasonable doubt. And if worse comes to worse, make your vote for not guilty and stick to it, thus returning a hung jury verdict...

Me: (mentally WTF she is brazen as hell) No I will not commit to anything without hearing the full case.

Me mentally : Guy is guilty but the nature of his job makes him and anyone doing his job guilty. But he is guilty beyond his normal actions. Now would I vote to convict because he is guilty and I haven't even heard the case yet or do I let him walk because the law is bad, the prosecutor is stacking the jury and he cant get a fair trial?
I was the last guy cut.
Guy was a massage therapist. Law says if you touch inner thigh, in this state, that is sexual assault. Multiple women accused him of worse but the law was so extreme all massage therapist could be convicted. He was not made of money so the extortion angle wasn't a factor.
He had a plea deal but the judge rejected it and it went to trial.
He was convicted, was deserving of penalty but IMHO did not get a fair trail.
