In before the gun confiscation NUTS.....

Can't argue with that logic.
Then not the brightest bulb in the box still I see.....
No one has ever stolen a single gun from me,,, because I don't leave them lying around to be stolen.
So maybe you should have paid more attention to those who know and understand what logic is....

Here's a friendly suggestion to you gun fanatics:

Quit going through all sorts of convoluted histrionics trying to defend guns.

Just say this: "I love guns, I want unlimited access and I don't care if they're causing problems."

That would be honest and you'd avoid having to twist yourself in knots trying to debate.

❤️

'Infringed' means like violated. Like you can't infringe/violate some rule or agreement.
That agreement would be the basis of the government that we the SOVEREIGN citizens set forth to rule and control the federal government (our public SERVANTS, not us) that we all agreed to when we set forth the Constitution.

Without the Constitution, there is no federal government and everything falls back to the states AND the SOVEREIGN CITIZENS....

I love certain people, not inanimate objects. Nor do I try to blame inanimate object for the evil acts of some people.
Only twits or the village idiots would do that imo.

And my FDLE permit is a WEAPONS permit, not a gun permit.
Weapons includes a very long list of inanimate objects, but the most important weapon is located between my ears.
In your case, that place seems to be empty airspace....

They have amendments for a reason. Sometimes, things change and laws need to change.

See, if you'd follow my suggestion, you wouldn't have to propose silliness like calling guns 'inanimate objects'. You wouldn't have to piece together bits of data from history or other countries trying to defend guns.

Yeah, and if there's ever a majority of clueless idiots that want to return to a tyrant/king ruled peasant-hood, yawl can try to change them with an amendment.

BTW, the 'Drawn & Quartered' penalty was the Kings way of dealing with treason.
Any peasant found with a sword was automatically guilty of committing treason.
Courts are not needed when sovereign tyrants/Kings hold all the power.

Simple Drawn & Quartered for a peasant found with a sword was by tying a rope to each ankle/wrist with the leads going to 4 horses which then took off in 4 different directions. Other forms of treason to the sovereign King could be more in-depth and torturous .

I WILL NOT return to that tyrannical condition, and I very much doubt that any mindful majority of sovereign citizen Americans will do so either.

BTW, who and what keeps you safe in your delusional existence?
Do they have guns, or do they depend on delusions like you do?

The meaning of INANIMATE OBJECT: a thing that is not alive, such as a rock, a chair, a book, a gun, etc..

The Federal Government LIMITING Constitution is NOT bits & pieces from history.
It is the list of founding principles that the sovereign citizens have chosen to live by.

You really are a total waste troll, I'll just move on as you're not worth my time.

Others though might have learned something today by reading what I wrote.
But by doing a little research on their own, they can learn a lot more instead of just taking my word on it.

BINGO!!!! And we have ONE here!! LOL He has gotten his azz handed to him for EIGHTY pages..and still comes back for more. We KNOW he is not tough...so that leaves only ONE reason.

That was the easy part. They were hung until nearly dead. Then emasculated ( not just castrated) while alive. Next they were disembowled and their intestines while still attached thrown into a fire. By the time they were quartered they were usually dead.

We have an 8th amendment to outlaw such barbarity.

Our courts no longer tell Juries they have a right to judge not just the facts of a case but also to sit in judgment of the law itself. This was to put a check on a tyrannical king passing unjust laws on the people. It evolved from the Magna Carta.

Henry the VIII still managed to kill 3 of his wives because his sperm was defective.

We can see Theo loves him some Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.

I don't take medical advice from from idiot excuses for journalists.
And I don't take unalienable rights advice from twit entertainers.

Unalienable rights God given rights,,, are rights that cannot be taken away from an individual, such as life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Learn how these rights were declared in the Declaration of Independence and how they relate to the American dream and the Founding Fathers ensuring our mutual FREEDOM from tyranny.

Just say this: "I love guns, I want unlimited access and I don't care if they're causing problems."
1.) My guns are a tool just like my rake, shovel and hoe. I love my wife and kids not my tools.

2.) Leave my tools, toolbox and me alone.

3.) I and my tools will not be a problem as long as you don't violate number 2.

I am sure there are some collector types who love guns but most of us are just ordinary folks who want to defend our property, ourselves and in some cases put food on the table. I haven't shot my weapons in over a decade.

I have shot pistols, shotguns, rifles and black powder at Scout camp. Its quite fun.

See, there's a guy doing his own research, just as I hoped would happen. I already knew all of that, but for brevity here I just put up the core and left it up to the individual to get the gory details if they were interested.

Here, I'll give another teaser to lead the uninformed to a better understanding....

Fully Informed Jury Association: fija.org/what-we-do

Not only are jury rights, including the right of jurors to show lenity in their verdicts, codified in the Bill of Rights, but it ALSO codifies rights that trace back to key cases of jury independence. FIJA received its 501(c)(3) status retroactive to January 1992. FIJA accepts no grants or other funding from any government agencies. FIJA's work is primarily funded through the generous support of individual donors and private foundations, with a very small amount from sale of materials.

In 2005, FIJA added the American Jury Institute as the research and publishing arm of the organization, to promote further research and publishing of materials related to jury authority and jury issues.

FIJA empowers jurors to uphold individual rights and liberty by instilling in them a rich understanding of their protective role, including jurors’ right to refuse to enforce unjust law.

The restoration of our heritage of jury nullification was raised as early as the 1979 Montana Libertarian Party convention. In the interest of liberty, Larry Dodge, former Chair of the Montana Libertarian party, decided to educate the American people about this available but largely unused right, and conceived of the Fully Informed Jury Association (FIJA).

FIJA is a nonpartisan, educational organization with supporters from across the political spectrum. FIJA is not affiliated with and does not endorse or oppose any political party, candidate, piece of legislation, or citizen initiative. The national office offers only educational services and resources.

Government, Judges, and Attorneys/Lawyers will do all they can to keep the FIJA away from any prospective jury members. That should tell you all you need to know about FIJA and how desperately it is needed by the sovereign citizens!

None of them want the sovereign citizens to know or understand that they can go against the judge and the written law. The sovereign in any court are the citizens, not the sometime corrupt judges.
>>> A jury can decide a case against the law and over the trail judge.
They will attempt to bully jury members if they don't know and understand their own sovereignty. Judges only have the power that we allow them to wield.

It's worse than not informing. The jurors oath makes them renounce the right. They are instructed to judge the facts only.

Again, just remember who is sovereign, and it ain't the freakin' judge....

But, if you don't want to be selected for a jury, just have a FIJA pamphlet visible in your shirt pocket or in you hand and you will be dismissed from the jury pool immediately.
