His stops in the last week have been heavily concentrated on the Senate. Even though everyone believes that the Republicans will hold the Senate. It's the House that's the tossup.
Then I remembered something: The Senators that are elected this time won't be up for re-election till 2024. The same year Trumps' 2nd term ends.
So Trump is campaigning for the Senators he will be working with for the rest of his time.
Mitch McConnell will be hammering through federal judges in warp speed for the remainder of Trump's term.
PLUS....the thinking is that by 2024, Trump will appoint a SC judge to replace Sleepy RBG, and Breyer as well.
That would give the SC 6 solid originalist judges, a moderate, and 2 liberals. So the Supreme Court will follow the Constitution and the rule of law for at least the next 30-40 years.
We'll see what happens tonight. Either Trump knows Republicans will hold the House, or he's ok with losing it. Just like in 2016, he had better information than the media does.
