The Constitution does not address mask wearing, so it remains with the states and/or the people to decide.
Laws vary from state to state, but in Florida....
876.12 Wearing mask, hood, or other device on public way. — No person or persons over 16 years of age shall, while wearing any mask, hood, or device whereby any portion of the face is so hidden, concealed, or covered as to conceal the identity of the wearer, enter upon, or be or appear upon any lane, walk, alley, street, road, highway, or other public way in this state.
This can still vary with the advice of a physician for individual medical reasons....

Not needed. The states already have that power, and any law is useless without enforcement.
The hierarchy:
1. The People -- Rebelled against King George and won. He passed his own King's Sovereignty to the PEOPLE of the 13 colonies. Those FREE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE, through their elected spokesmen, wrote the Constitution to begin with.
2. The 50 states. (does not include 5 major territories i.e. federal states, and various islands)
3. The 3 branches of the Federal Govt, with the limits placed on them by the Sovereign People's Constitution.
The President of the United States manages the operations of the Executive branch of Government through Executive orders. After the President signs an Executive order, the White House sends it to the Office of the Federal Register (OFR).
So, executive orders can only control things that are already under the control of the 'Executive Branch' and those orders are limited by the restrictions placed on the entire federal government by the limits of the Constitution.

The Sovereign Citizens of the 50 states need to be very cautious of anything that the Federal Govt. is trying to DO TO US.
The Freedoms of the people are not stolen all in one big haul. Freedom, like a log of bologna, is eaten one thin slice at a time....
JMOHO, but the freedom log has been greatly diminished thru inattention of the people over the last 250 years.
So my problem with states having their only control on this is the democrat run states that promote this kind of behavior. I am a states right person 99% of the time...but too many would never require thisNot needed. The states already have that power, and any law is useless without enforcement.

And Importing and abusing children for blackmail is ground zero. So @Capt Ron 1 if you truly want to “save America” then the Epstein list and arrests of the corrupt politicians and powerbrokers involved should damn sure be important to you.

If it was your own mother-wife-daughter that was one of the Epstein victims, would you want the videos and the details of their abuse thrown out there for the world to see/watch, or would you want the FBI/DOJ to take the time to review all of the evidence and just release the parts that will convict the guilty scumbags involved with the victimizations?

I’m not trying to defend Kash because that answer makes me want to punch a toddler…but what is he supposed to say?
To me he has 3 choices:
1) Push the likely fake narrative that he committed suicide (albeit the “official” narrative)
2) Say he doesn’t know, which makes him look feckless
3) Drop some massive bombshell that he may not have clearance to drop, or that he doesn’t have all of the information about because it was covered up by his predecessors
Asking him that question in that forum was tough.

I am not sure I trust Pam Bondi 100%, but I DO trust Dan Bongino. I am satisfied with what he says here about Epstein files. Which leads me to also trust Bondi.
