They are definitely carrying out a rollout for him to run and announce late May or whenever it is but I think they may pull the plug if his numbers go down much more. I think him pulling this backstabbing move has assured he will never win a 2028 primary now however.

I said DeSantis has done a lot of good for Florida and Trump should give him his props and that's a dumb fight for him to pick.

Another way to look at it: He put Fauci and Birx in front of a camera to get them ON THE RECORD when it comes to covid. For instance, notice that Trump PUBLICLY touted HCQ as being a successful treatment for covid KNOWING that Fauci had said the same thing in 2005. That forces Fauci to either admit that HCQ can treat covid (which means all covid shots lose EUA status) or claim HCQ does NOT treat covid, despite authoring a paper in 2005 that said it did.
I think this was all strategic. If Fauci ever goes on trial, I suspect MUCH of what he said at PCs in 2020 at the prompting of Trump, will be used against him.
Whatever it was..he does not score well with the American public on covid. If he did...the steal would have been impossible
