Power 5 programs play bigger and faster players every game. Even the bad teams play you tough, so you know you've been in a football game. UCF plays 12 high school teams a year, and the starters get pulled at halftime.
If UCF had to play against Power 5 teams every week, half the team would be injured and they would struggle to have a winning record. Big boy football is not for the faint of heart.
No mention of LSU or Miss St?? What ranked team did UCF beat?
UCF is that 25 year old boxer who is 28-0 with 26 KOs, but all the boxers he knocked out were 35-40 years old with bad records. And he wants to know why he can't get a title shot. While the heavyweight champ is fighting real fighters every time.
Meh.... Flavor of the month. Until they sustain a string of really good seasons and build up their portfolio they will always be like an old Starter jacket.
