Highest inflation surge in 40 years, now 7.5 percent. God bless president biden.

Not deflection. Just ridiculous to use poll numbers as a measurement of the economy, instead of, you know, the actual economic data.

After Trump's first year I'm guessing you guys were discussing the good 2017 GDP growth instead of his low approval ratings.
Whatever was used to praise or criticize Trump, can't be used to praise or criticize Biden. Sadly, people on here show little integrity when it comes to politics.

Well, some are criminals but most aren’t. Most are employed and pay taxes.

And you’re still dodging 1 and 3.
This might be the dumbest thing you have ever posted here, and everyone knows what a high bar that is for you to clear.

@BSC911 is telling us that if an illegal alien crosses over into Texas, but then goes to the first gas station he sees and buys a candy bar, and pays sales tax on it, then he becomes an official US citizen and is no longer an illegal alien.

These are the people that voted for Joe Hiden.

What does that have to do with welching on your bet?
But I didn't welch, you did. You said you were leaving after election day 2020, and you're still here.

Are you an illegal alien? Maybe swam across the Rio Grande and hitchhiked to Houston?

Is that why you love people who are criminals?

PS: Pay your Rivals bill.

Yeah, you really don't understand immigration laws do you?
Actually I do. Are you a lawyer?

Being in the country illegally is a civil violation, not a criminal one. Which is why they aren’t tried in a criminal court of law.

Prove me wrong.

Well, that’s different than closing the border to all trade like you suggested. I’m all for a tight border and vetting all immigrants.

But your suggesting that 20 million illegal immigrants are all criminals and contribute nothing is erroneous. But that is what some people want you to believe. In fact, if we deported those 20 million illegals tomorrow our economy would crash.

And why you did you just ignore my points number 1 and 3?
Technically, when you cross the boarder without proper documentation, you’re breaking federal laws.

breaking laws = being a criminal

now, I’m for immigration but this country has enormous issues down south

I think this also qualifies as @BSC911 being caught in another lie, and he once said he would leave the board if he was ever caught lying.

Course that was at least a dozen lies ago.

You CAN be arrested, detained and deported. THAT's the law........one that the pantshitter refuses to enforce.

I can tell you firsthand, he does indeed.

Enforcing law on ghosts is pretty damn tricky btw. Unless they commit a violent crime or a VERY significant drug crime, they are virtually untouchable at this point. Those of you who are citizens are not.

If you are charged and don't show up for court, we're coming to get you. If you're an illegal alien with no discernable ID in this country, who do we come get???

You mean according to literally ALL the polls out there showing Bidens fantastic approval. Good thing the majority of Americans are much more intelligent than you sir.

Nah. There is a historical track record of your posting. Let us never forget, you admitted to being a troll. That is the opposite of respectful.

Anyone in this country in violation if our immigration laws is a criminal.
I know scoring order in the intelligence quotient class room between these posters and the board's slowest. How do I know? The board's slowest, blubo and jfegaly shout it to most of us with virtually every post they author.

So jfegaly sees a challenger or two for the BSC title?

Have to love America immigration practices! (Sarcasm).

Wrong. And most illegals just overstayed their visas.

Are you a criminal?

Have you ever broken a speed limit law? Ever smoked pot?

False. A common misperception for sure.

If that were true, you could be arrested and jailed for being an illegal immigrant. You can’t.
So what does illegal mean? Either they have crossed our borders by means within the law or not. End of discussion.

Irrelevant.
How so. The OP says anyone who ever broke a law is a criminal. I disagree. Otherwise everyone in this country is a criminal. I say it has to be proven in a criminal court of law. And some violations of laws require civil claims.

Undocumented immigrants can only be detained and deported. Not jailed.

Do better than the rest. Prove me wrong.

Illegal immigrant is not a legal term, ironically. They are undocumented. Many undocumented immigrants crossed the border legally. Ask Bamafan if he can arrest someone for being an illegal immigrant.

Overstaying a visa is a serious offence. You try that in another country other than the US and you'd probably be exiled and processed rather quickly.
I’m not saying it is or it isn’t. What I’m saying is that it is a civil violation, not a criminal one.

And if it’s such a serious violation, why has every president failed to send them back? Ever ask yourself that question?

Some countries cut the hands off of thieves. we aren’t every other country, although every country has people entering illegally. Most take the same approach we do.

Actually, you are correct about overstaying your VISA. However, if penalties were assessed and then you reentered the country regardless of being banned or cited for abuse then you can be federally charged with illegal entry violations of the work VISA. Out of Service is also frequently violated VISA conditions.

In Texas, they don’t charge those crossing the border with illegal entry but rather with trespassing. Pretty smart, but that only works if you catch them on private property.

I'm totally serious. Still waiting on anyone to correct me.

Have you ever violated a law? If so, apparently you are a criminal.

When a CITIZEN commits a violation of established laws it’s a crime. No one denies this.
When a person enters this country illegally and without documents, they’re already in violation of established law. So now they’re on crime #2.
Why are you making yourself look dumber than dirt?

That's the same thing they do in Florida. I expedited at least 1000 illegals and overstay VISA workers that way. When you can nab them with a controlled substance that also can add weight to denying work VISAs in the future.

Just because you can’t accept the fact that they aren’t criminals unless and until until they are tried in a criminal court, which they cant be, doesn’t make me dumb. It just makes you ignorant.

The problem I have is calling all undocumented immigrants criminals while ignoring the fact that according to your definition, everyone is a criminal. That’s just not true, no matter how much that upsets you and how many childish names you call me. It just shows your lack of an effective argument.Youre just mad that I’ve pointed out your hypocrisy.

What I find ironic in this discussion is that Pubs don’t call the Cubans who illegally enter our country criminals. I guess it’s different when they tend to vote for your own party.

That's because we don't focus on country of origin. ALL illegal aliens are criminals.

Dems want to forgive the ones from Mexico cause they think they will vote for their candidate.

We just see criminals that shouldn't be in our country. Very telling that dems see a voter drive.

Are you not aware that since the days of JFK the Cubans have had s special refugee status - one that Central Americans have never had? Now who’s ignorant?

BScuck is so ignorant that Webster's Dictionary has his mug shot under the pronunciation. Escaping a communist regime has always had special consideration under our immigration laws. Escaping from a shitty life? Not so much. I used to date a woman from England who was amazed at how strict the stay length and green card rule used to be. Now it's WTF, nothing is enforced or matters. Brandon "thinks" coyotes, drug runners, and medicaid recipients are as reliable at the polls as his dead voters.
