Not if you truly understand what a Constitutional Republic is.
And a point about these rulings. You have SIX judges that mostly base their rulings on the Constitution. And we have THREE judges that rule on their political beliefs. VERY APPARENT. And why I cannot consider people like that REAL AMERICANS

The 3 radical activist Democrats on the Court, the state-media, and of course Biden and his regime believe that when a Democrat is president, he has the power of the purse -- not only to unilaterally raise the debt limit, thereby seizing authority from Congress to tax, borrow, and spend -- but he can also waive debt owing to the federal government unilaterally, in order to fulfill a political objective; that is, buying votes. If the Democrats controlled all branches of government, and one day they will, the republic is ultimately doomed.

To rule on constitutionality, you have to believe in the constitution. For many on the left, and maybe those justices, there isn't belief in the constitution. Many on that side believe it is just a document written by old dead white men with no relevance today.

Taxpayers and borrowers are the big winners of this decision.
Lenders are the big losers. Since most of the lenders are owned by the government, then the US government is the big loser here.
Great to see this SC continuing to uphold the Constitution.

Since the US government is the largest lender of student loans, why doesn't Hiden tell the US government to simply forgive $10k to each borrower?
Because this is about a transfer of wealth from the American taxpayer to the government. The cost was $400 Billion, have taxpayers foot the bill, then the lender (US government) simply raises interest rates to evaporate the $10k refund, and sheep are none the wiser.
Wealth is moved from the taxpayer to government.

If Hiden wanted to forgive student loan did, then just sign an EO saying the outstanding balance on any loan is reduced by X number of dollars.
He won't do that, cause the goal isn't to help borrowers. It's to transfer wealth from taxpayers to the government.
