God Bless President Biden

I blamed Trump for his lame response. He downplayed the virus his entire time In office. You can't say the same for Biden.

He'll, Trump still won't come out publicly and encourage people to get the vaccine. He's scum.

Your issue is your partisanship and if you had an honest bone in your body, you would admit it.

Like all else with you libs, it's "different" when you do it. Either way, you do the same crap that you complain to others about.

And Trump encouraged people to take the vaccine as late as last week you chucklehead.

And btw, just as I told you then, I'll tell you now...

If Trump had freaked the F out and screamed, "WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE OF THE COVID" it wouldn't have made a bit of difference once the genie had left the bottle. You like to blame Trump because you hate him but the truth is, and you know it, that nothing was going to stop this thing from spreading like wildfire.

As proof, as you said above, Biden is pushing the panic button and it hasn't made a damn difference. The numbers have even dropped and then spiked again...to UNIMAGINABLE numbers...despite the panic button.

Partisanship...not logic. You just aren't a logical man.

Trump overreacted, he didn't under react, he shut the damn country down, he banned travel, all nonsense. The hysteria now is nonsense too, let's hope Joe doesn't shut us down.

Hyperbole much?

Make all the excuses you want. Trump’‘s response was horrible.

Funny, the numbers now are “UNIMAGINABLE “, when we just “imagined“higher numbers under Trump. You might just be the biggest partisan OTB. And that’s saying a lot.

Two partisans calling each other partisans, thsts gold. This is why nothing curative ever happens in Washington.

While you guys wallow in your misery. Here’s the market update. Note interest rates fell.

Stocks recovered earlier losses on Monday to narrowly eke out fresh record levels as investors looked past geopolitical and growth concerns.

The S&P 500 turned slightly positive in the final hours of trading, logging a record intraday high. The Dow also turned slightly positive, while the Nasdaq held lower. The benchmark 10-year Treasury yield fell back below 1.3%. U.S. West Texas intermediate crude oil futures sank by more than 1% to trade around $67 per barrel.

Trump shut down the country for 2 weeks, then left it up to the state's governors to re-open.
DeSantis / Florida did so soon after, as did TX. Both were, and still are, criticized for opening back up.
Most of the Socialist Rat states are still not open....

And Trump banned travel FROM China, and then from some of the highly infected countries in Europe and the Middle East.

Both were good decisions at the time with what little was known about the Kung Flu.
Texas was shut down for more than two weeks.

Financial markets, however, are unfazed by the Taliban’s return to power and the inevitable imposition of another barbaric theocracy in Afghanistan. While defending the withdrawal decision on Aug. 16, Biden said an indefinite U.S. military presence in Afghanistan “is not in our national security interest. It is not what the American people want.” The reaction in stock and bonds markets makes clear that investors agree.

LOL. Six months ago. Quiet as a mouse now, while continues to shout from the roof top about his false election fraud claims. He COULD show some leadership to help save some of his followers lives, but he is more concerned about his own ego. As usual.
Three weeks ago. Clown.

Yes, he is a clown.

You’re the one who posted a six month old article. I love how Trump framed it.

“How about the vaccine? I came up with the vaccine"

Typical. That was at a rally where only a few heard it. Why doesn’t he come out with a public release, like so many other topics?

Are you really that big of a troll?

BSC: "Trump's evil because he won't tell anyone to take the vaccine."
Me: Post an article early on where he tells people to take the vaccine.
BSC: "6 months old LOL!"

BSC: "You're an idiot because you posted a 6 month old article and Trump said stupid things."

Do you understand why so few still interact with you? Concede the point, then attack Trump or do whatever you want. But you're wrong and I proved it. Trump has been pushing people to get vaccinated all along. And if Trump supporters are the sycophantic mouth breathers you make them out to be, what better pitch than "I invented the vaccine" to convince them?

You make shit up, get caught, then change the subject. Literally the definition of an internet troll. So sad to watch you waste so much of everyone's time - including your own.

I didn’t make up anything. So, yes, he whispered it to a few people while patting himself on the back. Then he qualified it.

My point remains, he should be more aggressive in telling his followers to take the vaccine, like many of his advisors are telling him to do. But he won’t do that.

You disingenuously imply that financial markets approve of Biden’s Afghan strategy.
I didn’t imply that. I just quoted from an article I was reading. I guess I should have made that more clear.

The drop today is from disappointing Retail sales, not Afghanistan

No it doesn’t - you changed the point because you were proven to making shit up again.

You said he wouldn’t tell his supporters to get the vaccine. You were wrong.

...and now the goalposts move.

Right on schedule, actually. Speaking of clowns...

Sucks for the Afghans. No impact on the US.

That's a naive view. Of course it did. No reasonable person would claim otherwise and even typically left-leaning media are saying as much.

Your heels are dug in. I get it. We can save time...I understand that you believe something that isn't believable or plausible. We can move on.

While you guys were pretending to care about a bunch of Afghans Muslims, Joe is getting all of our boys safely home.

Oh, and

Stocks gained on Monday, rising to fresh record levels after last week's volatility as investors looked ahead to a key event from the Federal Reserve later this week.

The S&P 500 advanced and reached a fresh all-time intraday high. The Nasdaq Composite outperformed, adding 1.6% to reach record intraday and closing highs. The positive sentiment extended into other risk assets, and oil prices also rebounded following recent declines. U.S. West Texas intermediate crude oil futures (CL=F) topped $64 a barrel, and Brent crude (BZ=F) jumped above $67 per barrel after suffering its longest losing streak since early 2018 as of last week.

Good Lord...

If child rapists and women beaters are getting killed, I can ignore it.

Hearing that young girl plead for help from the American soldiers at the gate of the airport because, "the Taliban are coming" was absolutely heart-wrenching...and zero F's are given as to her religion.

Joe is getting all of our boys safely home.

BTW, he already got our boys home safely. That was actually part of the problem. So then he had to send our boys back into harms way...which was entirely appropriate, but begs the question why did they leave prior to the thousands of civilians?

How's he doing with those civilians? Thank God for the Brits and the French, right? Wow...can't believe that I just typed it. More unbelievable, I can't believe that it is an accurate and fair statement.

Your hypocrisy is showing again.

“Think of the children.” So I guess your fine with letting children in from every repressI’ve regime now. What a crock of shit. And remember it was Trump and Steven Miller that placed additional restrictions on Afghan and other assylum seekers during his tenure.

Biden has already repatriated 30,000 Afghans. How many more should we take in?

ChaChing. I guess I’m the only one here in the stock market.

Stocks gained on Tuesday, hovering near all-time highs as optimism over earnings and the economic reopening at least temporarily outweighed lingering concerns over the virus and changes to monetary policy.

While you guys were pretending to care about a bunch of Afghans Muslims, Joe is getting all of our boys safely home.
And then he sent 3000 back into harms way because he doesn't understand how a retrograde movement works or he ignored his generals. The civilians and contractors should have been on American soil before boot on the ground one left Afghan soil. And the Kabul airport should have been secured by U.S. Marines from the get go.

The Afghan army gets the blame for losing our equipment and folding like a cheap suit before the Taliban. But leaving as many Americans behind as we have is unconscionable.
