I do not like their politics. I think she is greedy. BUT this really has more to do with parliament than these two. This would not have been an issue if parliament was not micromanaging the Crown's money. Of course its a way of unloading the burden of the Crown Estate onto the country and most of QEIIs $98M salary goes to pay the expenses.
Her Privy purse only goes so far and sadly QEII has not been about the business of expanding it, her wealth and power. It is worth ~$20M/yr. Imagine being the king of a global empire until 1948 and your child's personal income in the 2020s is only 20M. The family runs off this for its private spending.
Somebody has mismanaged something. Trump took daddy's money and turned it into billions. The Crown is worth billions but of course that has strings attached and is mostly owned by the country.
Had I had the Privy purse and reigned as long as her I would privately own half the country by now as just a regular landlord. I would buy my own personal Crown jewels and wear them. I would ask parliament to put my castles up for sale and buy them outright.
As for these two, would you want parliament or your grandmother dictating your every move and determining your income?
H3ll no.
Of course I am more of the Richard the Lionheart mentality than QEII and her parliamentary approved spending/Royal duties mindset.

A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.
Netflix is suffering for being woke and mismanaging its "property." Everyone and their uncle has bought up movie studios and their portfolios.
Netflix has ventured into poorly produced Asian and other foreign cinema.
A lot of its self produced assets have done well but the gap between series is too long.
