I hope we can recruit receivers even though our QB only throws for 66 yards. Damn that's gonna be a hard sell.
Have you seen our 2023 committed WRs group? Some of you all don’t understand recruiting too terribly much.I hope we can recruit receivers even though our QB only throws for 66 yards. Damn that's gonna be a hard sell.
I have seen our 2023 committed WRs group. They look to be studs. Have you seen our 2022 QB? He seems to be a DUD at times.Have you seen our 2023 committed WRs group? Some of you all don’t understand recruiting too terribly much.
Yes we are going after big fish at QB in the 2024 class. Recruiter recruit and this is also a “bump” class when generally records and stats can be thrown out the window for a 1st year staff. For example Cristobal is a bad game day coach but even though he’s not any good it’s really not going to affect Miami’s class in a negative manner this year.I have seen our 2023 committed WRs group. Lol…”Hall also felt that his fallesto signing voice could certainly bolster what is already a very strong unit on the sideline at the end of the third quarter.”"...While watching the game on Saturday, (DT Jordan) Hall noticed early playing time available at his position and he believes he could help the defense."
He added…Exclusive quote from Hall…
“Ya know man, I really like Florida. The other programs I visit are so focused on actually winning games that it can kinda make you nervous. At Florida it ain’t like that at all. Those guys are a fun and silly group man. They like to express themselves and just enjoy life man. It makes you feel real comfortable. I could really see myself there. They invited me to the pool party tomorrow, and I am super-hyped to be a part of that scene.”

lol pretty sure he knew before that haha - he's a must have for this bump class to be special. After watching the LSU game; Cormani knows there is early PT available !
GBO,lol pretty sure he knew before that haha - he's a must have for this bump class to be special.
i thought I read that his skills are not in fact 5 star worthy?Agreed. But it's at least fun to get visits with top recruits...been a long time since that happened.
Peter,i thought I read that his skills are not in fact 5 star worthy?
That's only because UF will get him - he commits to AL and he's the best player ever loli thought I read that his skills are not in fact 5 star worthy?
If they have a work hard-play hard mentality, I'm fine with it. If it's more of a play hard-play even harder mindset, then Billy has more housecleaning to do.Exclusive quote from Hall…

I wouldn't read too much into 1 recruit's statement - guys like this are just riffing on the way out trying to give the interviewer some material...and they are doing it like 10x per week lol.If they have a work hard-play hard mentality, I'm fine with it. There's 4-5 guys like this one that I could see us getting like 1 of them. None are in the bag but we're at that stage that assuming we get Cormani...you add a flip like Malik Bryant from Miami, or a guy like Okunlola and you automatically are in the "really really good" class...not in that top 3 but the very next level.Fact or Fiction: Florida has real momentum with Samson Okunlola
Okunlola, a five-star offensive tackle, seems likely to visit the Gators.n.rivals.com
How bout this guy?
It's not over until signing day and maybe we'll get Desmond Ricks.Miami bought another one I guess.
I'm not going to sugar coat it - this sucks and gives me the first hesitation with Napier as coach if the class finishes at the level it's at.
I've liked everything Nap has done so far and I think the blueprint is there - but you have to execute as well.
At this recruiting level we're in that 3rd tier which isn't going to make it for any UF coach imo. We needed Cormani and another 1-2 top guys to have an elite class so there's work to do. I'll wait until Feb signing as we do need a few more recruiting data points but it's concerning if Cormani sticks with UM.
Oh yeah - 100% agreed. Nap just needs to figure how how to work the NIL stuff but he better do it quick. The bump class is a real indicator of long term success.
That's the angle we've got to push to get there. Sign a top 7-8 class without cheating lol, then pick up 4-5 difference makers that don't like what they were sold elsewhere. Spring transfers and this bump class will tell the story for |Napier imo.I think right now our selling point is showing them the NIL deals you can get once you are playing through the collective and other ways. A&M and to a lesser extent other schools are outright buying unproven high school players. We will have to see if they back off some next season with many not panning out possibly. I see A&M is getting the very top players again just fewer this year after their big haul this past class and we know OSU, Bama, TX and Georgia will always have boosters willing to buy some players. Hopefully we at least buy some real good positional players of need in the portal this year - like a DT and a good WR that can stretch a defense with his speed.
