Doesn't make sense he believed he had a chance to be a starter. Purdie just showed what a dumbass he truly is.

The transfer from Charlotte signed with Florida in December, and is no longer a member of the class.
The last QB they 'stole' from UF was the PoS, so I'm good with him going to the buttsniffers as I like Jones better anyway.
Opens the door for a Max Brown triumphant return!!
Max would certainly be a better backup than ole Pukey imo.
As to Jones, I like him but we'll just have to wait and see with Nappy as the OC.....
While Lagway is the only one on the roster that I believe is already good enough to overcome Nappy.....

He got the start for Louisville this past season in their bowl game victory over Washington.
In that game, he completed 16 of 25, 64%, for 164 yards and 3 TD's.
Career Passing at his 3 different schools: - 108 of 171, 63.2% for 1,190 Yds, 10 TD's, 3 Ints.
Bailey is the 5th addition to the roster the Gators have added out of the transfer portal. He joins the likes of former UCLA wide receiver J.Michael Sturdivant, former UMass edge Kofi Asare, former Southern Miss cornerback Michael Caraway Jr., and former Michigan punter Tommy Doman in UF's transfer class. The Gators have already gotten Sturdivant, Asare, and Doman signed and enrolled for the spring semester.

Hopefully we get a few more impact players. Sturdivant is the only one so far. I know we did a good job retaining g players but we need a good O lineman and D lineman if possible or we would have a quality depth issue most likely. No 4 star transfer at this point but if Sturdivant was rated on 2022 instead he would be at least a low 4 star transfer.
