Their biggest mistake was DJ Ugh. I think the defense would be better if the offense could do anything. Supposedly could have had Cam Ward if they paid another 200k or so.

I heard about SMU fans from others after the game, and having lived in Dallas for so long it’s not that surprising.
Many of their students are from some of the richest families in America. Up there with USC.
The statement “you can dress them up but you can’t take them to town” applies.
SMU doesn’t have a lot of respect of the other Texas schools for several reasons and their delusional snobbery is just one of them.

It’s hard to say who’s a bigger incompetent between Norvell and CBN. Norvell at least won when he had a qb. CBN couldn’t move the ball with AR-15. Hopefully these two numbskulls get the chance to square off in November and settle this once and for all.
