Their biggest mistake was DJ Ugh. I think the defense would be better if the offense could do anything. Supposedly could have had Cam Ward if they paid another 200k or so.

I heard about SMU fans from others after the game, and having lived in Dallas for so long it’s not that surprising.
Many of their students are from some of the richest families in America. Up there with USC.
The statement “you can dress them up but you can’t take them to town” applies.
SMU doesn’t have a lot of respect of the other Texas schools for several reasons and their delusional snobbery is just one of them.

I agree he won't get fired and tbh, if I was an fsu fan, I'd want him to stay. He's done it before but couldn't sustain it because of HS recruiting. Apparently fsu has like 12 mill a yr for NIL but damn it doesn't show lol if they ever got the money spread out like it should be, they would have plenty of guys. They just can't recruit worth a shit. If we somehow combined teams, let Billy recruit and let norvell coach on gamedays we'd win some games lol

There is a reason nobody wanted Norvell back in 2017. FSU was the only school that considered Cornrows since then till they landed him.
