Not sure if the refs were to blame, but sadgator will say this...that targeting call on the FSU defender trying to swat the ball and hitting the QB on the head was an absolute joke.
That rule is absolutely killing college football...it is shameful how inconsistently that rule is being administered.

I guess it was the officials that tried to single block chubb with no help the enire effing game. That ignorance by itself was a huge factor, and much bigger than bad calls. I think by florida statute a couple of our tackles and new qb are legally married to him now.
I agree a defender can’t jump up to block a pass any longer because they know if their hands just touches the QBs helmet they will get ejected.
It was objectively one of the worst targeting calls sadgator had ever seen. Dude was busting his ass trying to get the ball and actually got thrown out. sadgator honestly doesn't know how you teach defense anymore...it would suck to be a defensive player.
Some of the things he says are pretty funny but what it boils down to is just another jackass fan. He yells at Jumbo Fisher "overpaid". LOL
Who is to blame? Doesn’t the University Presidents approve these stupid rules before they are implemented? They need to go back to the drawing board on these penalties because every week 20 -layers are getting ejected and it’s getting old and well people are getting fed up with these nick picking calls…
I used to blame trickett and kelly too, but who hired them and keeps them on staff? That is squarely where the blame should be directed. After that the blame falls on the AD for keeping the responsible party if corrections aren't made.
